Cool so I just wrapped up a pretty decent cut/ recomp using LGD20mg and S23 20mg for 4 week followed by S23 at an average of 30mg a day for the next 6-7 weeks. Despite having too many cheat days I was able to lean out a good bit while at least maintain the muscle I had. Went from 192 to 195.8 and lost a good 3-4% BF. If I didn't drink beer 2x a week it probably would have gone much better honestly, but I was still able to average about a 500 calorie deficit.
So. Now I have a ****load of Var. Been taking 50mg a day for about 5 days now alongside my 100mg of test cyp, which puts me right at 1,000 ng/dl total T. Pumps are already ridiculous, this var seems pretty fire. I went to the water park with my kids yesterday and by the time I would get to the top of a slide the pumps in my ass were almost unbearable. I had to sit down a few times during the day to alleviate these ass pumps.
Within the next few days I will begin taking creatine at 15g a day due to all the positive things I have read about the synergy of anavar and creatine. I plan on playing around with the timing of my creatine dosage to try and assess when it is the most beneficial to take.
My goal is to cut hard for a few weeks, then begin a recomp style carb cycling diet. I will be hitting the beach in destin florida starting the 27th, and would like to lose another 5lbs at least before then. The 17th I plan on bumping my dose up to 100mg a day to try and maximize my aesthetic appeal while in florida, then back down to 50mg.
Anyway, I will try and keep this thread updated from time to time with any significant changes I'm noticing. Thanks for tuning in.
