Cool so I just wrapped up a pretty decent cut/ recomp using LGD20mg and S23 20mg for 4 week followed by S23 at an average of 30mg a day for the next 6-7 weeks. Despite having too many cheat days I was able to lean out a good bit while at least maintain the muscle I had. Went from 192 to 195.8 and lost a good 3-4% BF. If I didn't drink beer 2x a week it probably would have gone much better honestly, but I was still able to average about a 500 calorie deficit.

So. Now I have a ****load of Var. Been taking 50mg a day for about 5 days now alongside my 100mg of test cyp, which puts me right at 1,000 ng/dl total T. Pumps are already ridiculous, this var seems pretty fire. I went to the water park with my kids yesterday and by the time I would get to the top of a slide the pumps in my ass were almost unbearable. I had to sit down a few times during the day to alleviate these ass pumps.

Within the next few days I will begin taking creatine at 15g a day due to all the positive things I have read about the synergy of anavar and creatine. I plan on playing around with the timing of my creatine dosage to try and assess when it is the most beneficial to take.

My goal is to cut hard for a few weeks, then begin a recomp style carb cycling diet. I will be hitting the beach in destin florida starting the 27th, and would like to lose another 5lbs at least before then. The 17th I plan on bumping my dose up to 100mg a day to try and maximize my aesthetic appeal while in florida, then back down to 50mg.

Anyway, I will try and keep this thread updated from time to time with any significant changes I'm noticing. Thanks for tuning in.

That's what it does. It pushes water in to your muscles and sometimes it can work as a pre contest prep with creatine. It's just like superdrol or anadrol, all these 3 will do the same and creatine will boost the effect. I'm more of a fan taking winstrol or masteron and look dry.

Did you use micronized creation? I've heard that the better it dissolves, the less bloat you notice..

I've got to stay away from winny and mast, because of the hair loss side effects. Otherwise, I'd probably never come off masteron.
 
Yeah the one I will be using is the micronized bulk creatine mono from bulksupplements. $17 for a kilo and nothing but good reviews on amazon
 
In for the ass pumps

Man 75mg's is more then enough for me. Actually, 50mg is probably the best for me regarding sides/benefits. I really don't want to deal with cramps and pumps. At 75mg they start to be a pain in a**. 100mg? no way :) You'll be walking like a duck on the beach with all the ass pumps and cramps :P
 
LMAO. Yeah I figure if the pumps get too intense I will find out before the Florida trip and I can back down. I've heard good and bad things about 100mg var but I'm hard headed and have to learn sh1t the hard way usually

THAT is my only real fear lol. I will have to stay in the shallows to avoid potential drownage
 
Strength is already significantly higher than at any point on S23 or LGD. My lifts have gone up by 2 reps already. Typically shoot for 8-10 reps. Recomp effects coming faster than on S23. Var is the sh!t.

You could try upping the creatine and see if Maxolon will fix the nausea.

You will, 75 for me is the sweet spot and you have 35 lbs on me.

Nothing transforms my midsection like var. Week 5/6 you just look at yourself in the mirror and go damn, this is why I spent 250$ on a cycle of it, LOL. I wish I could run it all year...there is literally no sides besides awesomeness and calf pumps
 
Thank God I ate lunch alone today. Trying to eat a mcdonalds southwest salad and I was shaking like I had parkinsons from the clen. Sh!t kept flying off my fork lol

I know a guy at gym who got up to 30g he's ok. Says just some bloat. He's doing deca and var.

Oh yeah for sure. The cramps are way worse too though if I don't drink enough water. I tried 62.5mg yesterday and I had a couple of really bad cramps. This is the strongest var I've taken. And the cheapest. Go figure.

Ive been noticing butt and shoulder cramps on day 5 of var as well. Also can vouch for the strength gains. PR’s every time ive hit the gym this week.

Strength is steadily increasing. At this point I am doing 50% more reps on the incline bench than I was on 40mg of S23.

Diet has not been very clean, yet my midsection is looking tighter and tighter. Varying between 50 and 75mg a day right now.

Week 3.5.
strength increase was noticed within a few days though, although not as pronounced as it is now
 
Its quite crazy- no PH I've ever ran, transforms your body like Var. It creates new cuts your body has never seen, for me. Need to try Winni.

No they really do something special. I don't think anything comes close to winstrol. Sure you'll gain more muscles included abs which in its own way will give you definition when using something like tren but no way it'll shred you up as fast as the orals.
 
Winny is not hard to get at all. Jus about every UGL sells it. Typically liquid but just as good as tabs if you chose the right lab
