Got my truck back, which means I got my bag back, which means I got my belt back. So first leg day in a month:

Leg Extension: 90x30+10+10, 90x30+10+10

Single Leg Seated Leg Curl(B/L)(No Rest): 50x25, 55x25, 60x25, 60x25, 55x25, 50x25

Single Leg Seated Leg Press(B/L): 110x20, 110x20, 110x20

Seated Calf Extension: 150x50, 150x50

Got in what I could. Elbow flared up. Huge shooting pain through back outside part of my elbow, and right up through the middle of my bicep. But gotta a little bit of chest in before it started hurting to bad

Floor Press: 135x15, 185x8, 185x8, 185x8, 185x8

Overhead DB Press: 50x12, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12

Floor press is a great exercise, so under used, I’ve forgotton to have them in my routine, something I’ll fix later

Think the elbow was just a quick change in temp here. It was in the 80's and the 2 day's in the 90's, and then overnight they had a huge temp drop it went from 93 to the next day the high was 78. We will see how it goes

I would watch that elbow brother. Don't want to jack it up too bad. If it hurts do something else. gym time is gym time.
ICE, ICE,ICE. mine will flare up from time to time. Hell about everything on my body will flare up from time to time.
Doesn't sound like tennis elbow.

haha we've all been there. I used to go to small local gym. I didn't have much equipment but overall not to many people went there. it was nice. now I go to a massive golds gym and I can't ever do sh!t there, even though there is WAY more equipment.

I started doing reverse shrugs on dip bars. I feel like they really increase my range of motion.

On dip bars? I'd like to see how you do them. I do them on the Smith cause when I go close to the house thats all I got. Really gotta start collecting my equipment for the house
 
A little better explanation. I typically do dumbbell shrugs with 3 second hold at the top, followed by reverse shrugs on the Smith machine, followed by the dip bar shrugs, followed by scapular push ups. 3 sets of each

I desperately try to keep my kids off their tablets as much as possible.......it’s great weather in the uk so I’m like ‘let’s get outside and play in the garden’ and their like ‘but daddy we just want to watch other kids playing on u tube’ lol, it’s a never ending battle

You gotta switch the default on your phone to do it. I used to have that problem too. Its cause you set the app as the default. If you set the browser it'll work
