Any of you guys lift on the weekend?

I usually train Monday to Friday and those days my diet is on point but on the weekends I tend to eat like crap which offsets progress. Thinking that if I move a training day or two to the weekend I will naturally stay more on point.

I also just find it easier to eat clean during the week since I'm much busier with work and other stuff. Free time equals fat time lol.

I train on the weekend but I still cheat way too much during them. It’s like mentally I start Friday night with good intentions but it all falls apart Saturday and Sunday lol. I know it’s a matter of will power but the kids/McDonald’s/ice cream just keeps calling my name
 
I find setting the rule I don't eat what I didn't cook helps.. I also carry a lunch box with 2 Tupperware.. 1 protein source 1 carb source.. helps some.. but yes Saturdays are the worst lol.. day off I do need stuff.. McDonald's is just so convenient for tabletop gaming.. that or pizza..

Yep I do! I actually think my workouts are better on the weekend cause during the week I’m busy and sometimes rush through a workout on certain days and the weekend I can hit it hard and take my time cause I don’t have to work.

I get it cause I so called rush myself more thru a workout but even later that day I can add in an xtra set or 3 randomly thru out the day and I kick butt on those xtra sets more than when im actually performing a workout session. Gotta be a mental thing with me I guess. Im so glad u guys r talking about this cause it just brought that reality to light for me.

I had a cheat meal last night (Saturday) went out to diner with the Daughter and Grand Kid, diet has been on point today (Sunday) N=I am not sure what is in this True Shred but makes staying on my nutrition plane much easier !!
 
I’ve heard that from some others as well. It has good appetite control.
 
Going to pull the trigger on the Gold Stack + Androvar I think. Was going to just run AAS, but I got kids and I just don’t trust buying the **** off the internet, it’s not worth the risk of getting busted.

I’ve ran SD, Epi, Pheraplex in the past. Epi was prob my favorite overall because it put size on me and the sides weren’t as bad as Ax SD. My question is, if I run 4 weeks is that the sweet spot? I want as much lbm gainz as possible with minimal sides — that’s the goal here. Or are these supps good to run for 6-8 weeks? SD sides hurt after 3 weeks, back pumps joints etc. And that was 10 years ago, I’m 36 now.

The sides on these prohormones aren't as harsh as those old school methylated prohormones, those were literally liver toxic.

I would say that most guys run these PHs 6-8 weeks as they really start to noticeably kick in around 3 weeks.
 
I tried doing a workout this weekend and since I do intermittent fasting it worked out pretty well.

AM workout, 1 scoop of protein and small high protein meal after.
PM went out to dinner and had an epic restaurant style burger and fries meal, probably 1200-1500 cals.

I am pretty good with my macros so I don't mind if they are slightly off on the weekend as long as I am getting a sufficient amount of protein in.

Making the goal that if I am going to eat like crap at least try to make sure that calories are in line with my current fitness goal. Currently I am trying to lean down a bit more and things have been going well.

Nothing in this will break your fast :) you will just continue to lean up :)

This. I run my andros 8 weeks. They will be nice keepable gains and much milder like musclemaker said.

That's an interesting question because I have wondered the same thing while doing intermittent fasting.

I feel like fish oils are a no go since they are fat but I have also heard that if you are to IF properly you are supposed to have nothing except water, so no coffee like most do. If your body has to process it, you are breaking fast.

I do IF from 12p-8p so I need to have my coffee to keep me sane til 12.

Yea, I actually heard Dr. Rhonda Patrick say that on Joe Rogan's podcast. I have done IF many times in the past and I use coffee and green tea all the time.

My thoughts are this, from a health aspect you don't want to trigger an insulin or glucose response, the amount of carbs in coffee and tea are quite negligible and shouldn't trigger anything.

The amount of benefits from fasting is crazy though, gonna have to hop back on that.

Yeah then it might not be best for you. Once I am at work and skip breakfast I can do like a 6-8 window of eating. I have tried 4-6 hour window but it’s a little on the low end. 6 hours is about my maximum fasting window.

What's a safe aggressive dosage for andro the giant and super mandro? How high do guys push it?

Well the studies done were at ~300mg per compound. I would maybe go around 500mg max but I still see great results at 300mg for both. Always start low and adjust accordingly. A lot of time the lower doses yield less sides which I like.

I have seen guys go pretty aggressive but I would suggest that if you have more than one bottle of each that you go for a longer cycle rather than amping the dosage up, or only slightly increase the dosage throughout the cycle meaning jump up to 4 caps a day (440mg).
 
Oh wow, wasn't aware of that kind of thing. Like anything, gotta always go through trial and error and do what is best for you.

Perfect cycle. At the 330mg doses people have great results and 8 weeks is where it’s at :)

Been on Vector for a couple of weeks now. Not sure if people remember but I was on the fence trying this cause I was on a keto diet. Found out I still should see results if full keto.
I chose to break the cut phase and do a lean bulk. No appetite is never an issue on Vector. I really like the hunger it gives you to hit your calories. Which wasnt going to be easy for me coming off keto. It's a clean hunger as well. Never feel like I'm starving for a bite to eat which allows me to eat clean. Even with the boost of carbs. (Oh how I missed you carbs. Lol)
So far so good. Gained a couple of lbs of muscle.
Going to add Follidrone in 2 weeks to take it to another level.

Can't go wrong with that route but you'll know what to do when the time is right. I know that once guys start seeing the changes they can't get enough.

For sure! 8 weeks is the optimal length and like said at 330 mg it's at the right dosage to get you results.

I tend to dabble with nootropics and mood enhancers since I like to go out to bars with my buddies but I don't like to drink alcohol all that often.

From what I remember, Kratom is like a super mild opiate, the only thing I have ever experienced just mood enhancement, made me happy. I hadn't used it in about a year but I still had some laying around so I took it the other day when I went out with my buddies. Fortunately, I came back home with a lady friend but when I got home my little friend was on life support.

I've never taken a mood enhancer and have it affect my libidio. I have actually used this exact kratom before and never had it happen before, I think I may have taken a bit too high of a dose. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this before?

Don't worry, I had some male enhancement supps at home to save me so I still handled business lol. Goofy story worth sharing with you guys anyway haha.
