Hi, my name is simone and I'm new to the Forum. I write from Italy, I apologize if my English is not perfect. I have a problem that I have been carrying forward for a while. 5 years ago I lost 30kg and even now I have the loose skin of the abdomen above all. I would like advice from you if you could help me use Sarm, or AAS. To date, I have only used Ostarine, GW and S4. I have achieved better muscle quality but unfortunately I have not solved my skin yet. Thank you in advance for your reply

What's your age, and how much skin is it?

At 24 your skin should still have some elasticity to it, and come back specially if its not alot of loose skin. I would just say keep working at it, it will come back to where it should be

Ok. I asked for the Sarm or AAS because I've been training hard and hard for almost 6 years but a lot of leather is unfortunately seen. How can I speed up?

I thought they could help me build more muscle mass to try to stretch the skin and then make the problem less obvious

Patience, good hydration and a good diet will get you there eventually. I have heard of salt scrubs and skin massages which are supposed to help but doubt this is true. Tight supportive clothing might help stop it stretching further and I would think surgery is the last and only option to remove loose skin.

If you really want the skin tighting effects you need tren at around a gram a week, stack that with methyltren at a mg a day and take about 100mg anadrol via anal deposit. Never fails

I did anabolics for this purpose. Try a good 3-4 month test cycle. Build muscle

Coming from someone that lost 70 pounds, quickly, in high school, I can say the only way to avoid loose/dead skin is to diet slowly. I think the slower one diets, the skin is more likely to form to the new body, if that makes sense.

Also, I would try to add mass where you have loose skin to try and "fill in" that area. You can also try to put lotion on the area, the more hydrated your skin is, the more elastic it is. I would also exfoliate the area. Use a loofa when you shower and a shower gel that is known for exfoliating.

Depending on how much loose skin there is, you may not be able to get rid of it all, sadly.

Really hate to give you the bad news but it's extremely tough and a lot of people in this case simpy find surgery (lipo, etc) the easier way out.

I dropped from 225lbs down to 157lbs over 8 months (YES...8 months on a heavy cycle of EC stack and Craze DS (original 'meth' formula)). The loose skin (especially on my love handles NEVER got any better and I was at a point when I had 4 packs visible in my upper pecs. )

People will tell that you'll eventually burn it off but from my own experience, you can't (not without surgery). The price you get for the sudden drop. Like someone mentioned, you are past that point where you slow down the fat loss so it's more gradual.

I totally feel you mate but it what it is. Best you can try to give it a lesser perception is try to add more muscle on the upper body so u get that funnel look.

I've given up for mine. When I'm shirtless, most people won't notice it unless they specifically look at it but I'd rather deal with loose skin/fat than live as the "big dood in the family". By the way, don't judge by the plethora of youtube "fat-to-6 pack buff' videos ..a lot of them have gone thru surgery but pretend they didn't and most are paid utubers anyway.

Yep exactly this.....^^^^

I lost 140 lbs in 10 months 4.5 year’s back. Even when a dexa scab put me at 10% bf the loose skin is very very apparent.

I’ve been gaining lean mass since and definitely believe that can help improve the look by creating a bigger frame for it to cover but I’ve accepted it’s never going to tighten properly.

I’ve tried creams, collagen supplements and scrubs over the years. I was 32 when I lost the weight and nothing works.

You know what though, I see it as a sign of my achievement. If people look they see a guy who clearly keeps himself in good shape (I have the top half of my abs) but has clearly come from a really overweight position to get there. I know it’s hard but try to use it as a positive reminder of how far you’ve come bro.

Trying to get rid of loose/extra skin?? Dude just water fast or dry fast, your body will eat that **** away... granted it may not all go in one fast but a few times and you’re golden.
I been following this dude on YouTube for a few months, the channel is called SnakeDiet. The guy knows what he’s talking about... he’s pretty shredded and strong af for his weight and he has a bunch of evidence and results. Also he is a personal trainer and has dealt with this kind of stuff..
Hope his videos help you out man!

Bro, the guy sells something called ‘snake juice’? Credibility through the floor when I saw that.

And fasting to get rid of loose skin? I have no idea what possible scientific explanation there is for that statement but I’m sure it’s wrong.

You can’t get ‘rid’ of loose skin without surgery. It’s elasticity can be improved thus reducing the ‘loose’ appearance but that involves collagen, not fasting.

Actually fasting would be a way to potentially rid the body of loose skin. The body will take protein from unnecessary sources(loose skin) for gluconeogenisis before muscle and organ tissue.

What is SnakeJuice? Just because it sounds funny don’t knock it till you’ve tried it... it’s just electrolytes potassium and sodium lmao did you have enough time to actually watch a single vid or nahh just jump to conclusion and whip up some bro science...
Google AUTOPHAGY and READ a few articles and studies first and you’ll see this is the fundamental principle behind the SnakeDiet channel.

Really, could you provide any form of scientific study to back this up?

Honestly I’m not even sure where to start with that statement but needless to say I disagree with it lol

Your basically saying the body will use skin as fuel, come on bro you can’t believe that?

Anyone who has financial gain from proposing a way of eating never gives a balanced view imo. How can you trust someone with a financial agenda?

You also believe that the Herbalife special blend of products is the only way to lose weight and be healthy? Of course not, it’s just protein and fibre.

I get annoyed when people take standard nutrients, brand them and then sell them as a silver bullet to people who don’t know better.

Also, as someone who owns snakes, calling something a snake diet makes me immediately think of eating a massive meal once a week. Is that what they’re going for?

Yep that’s the idea, it’s a fasting focused lifestyle.. eat a big meal and fast for 22 hours maybe longer sometimes.. it’s not a cookie cutter diet.
But that **** works and the benefits are there.. there’s a lot I’m not mentioning.

Fasting I have no issues with, lots of science showing potential benefits of IF (not a eating style that works for me but doesn’t mean I don’t believe it can work).

However, it doesn’t ‘get rid’ of loose skin

Who said anything about financial gain?? It’s based on fasting how does he or any companies make money if your not eating or drinking anything smh.
Clearly you haven’t checked out a single thing that me or Thor mentioned above.

Stop making assumptions brah what herbal life products?? No one mentioned anything even close to that.

Sorry I’m not going to do your research for you. Thor mentioned Gluconeogenesis and I said Autophagy.

I can admit having looked closer that he doesn’t sell snake juice, my error, he tells you how to make it (that’s a sh1t tonne of sodium he suggests you drink)

However you can buy his t shirts for $40 on his website here bro, so don’t tell me money isn’t involved (there’s also people making a load on u tube videos by the way)

https://www.snakediet.com/merchandise

The statement that I had most issue with was the ‘getting rid’ of loose skin and the crazy comment about skin being used as fuel over muscle etc - that’s just bull**** and as someone who has bad loose skin (and has spent hours and hours looking at ways to reduce it) it’s irresponsible that suggest to the op that this bat **** crazy diet will do that in any way.

That’s not the point, great he sells T-shirt’s.. I wouldn’t know because I watch his videos and he never mentions it.
Point is you don’t want to come with an open mind and learn something new. You haven’t even attempted to research the keywords from above. You just glance over so you can get another response in on this post.

Brah not sure why you can’t just sit through and read up seeing as you’ve “spent hours and hours looking to reduce it”. If you feel some type of way towards the first channel I recommended then follow “A Healthy Alternative” on YouTube....Fat people who lost loads of weight, have no loose skin and if they do are using fasting to get rid of it.
Water fasting and dry fasting will help with loose skin... you obviously aren’t going to listen.

For OP, Simone check it out bro. Results talk bull**** walks.

Was always heavy growing up - lost mass amounts of weight many times and gained back more each time. At 26 yrs I was 400lbs and 5'7" with a 56" waste. Someone explained to me that muscle burns calories and that the slower I lose weight the more muscle I will retain. I went on to lose 270lbs slowly over 4 years. I had some loose skin at the base of the abdomen which I did get removed. No other loose skin anywhere - to speak of except the inside of my legs. I should post before and after pics. Slow loss is the key to less loose skin along with lots of exercise and water. I am now 50 yrs and 240lbs and about 17% bodyfat. I can eat what I want when I want. Anyone who loses allot of weight and does it quick or even somewhat quick is left with a lowered (damaged) metabolism that will lead to them gfaining even more weight.

No ones bashing anyone for losing weight that’s a great thing, stop being so emotional and think logically.

I’ve lost over 50lbs and 32lb were in the first month... so yeah I think I have some valid input. I’m just trying to help OP.
Good luck with your fitness journey bud.
