Blast: Trestolone Acetate + Testosterone + Superdrol + LGD / Hairygrandpa blowing up!

Me neither. I like my 24 hour gym

To be honest I don’t think I could ever go back to just being a member of a gym again.

Mine just feels like a part of my home. It’s a bit rough and ready but a proper place to train. Is basically my social life as well lol

What frustrates me more is, that neck exercises consume a lot of time. Its 4 exercises x 3 sets = 12 sets total. For some, that would be a whole workout day. Have to make my gym sessions longer to get those in. Rotator cuff is the same dilemma, also 12 sets.

Can’t you super set it with arms for example?

All isolation so can’t see much issue in muscular fatigue......maybe a bi’s/tri’s/neck tri set?

Yes, same thoughts here. Will do 1 set of all 4 exercises for neck 3 times a week. This way I can keep it shorter. Best on leg days -and lower back days when pauses are longer.

I superset Neck & Traps !!

Do any of you guys that work out your neck have sleeping problems?

I was having issues and went to the doc and he measured my neck at 17 and said that is when issues start. Obstruction sleep apnea.

My neck is 17 1/4" ..... No Problems !!

Came down with a cold AND bad lower back pain. The BB shrugs did it. Doing nose rinses (Hydro Pulse machine). Weekend in bed.
Grabbed one of my cats and placed her on my back, LOL.

I'm logging an anti inflammatory from Millennium Sports Nutrition called: JOINT MECHANIC-PLUS™:

Timing couldn't be better, as my back got a beating.

Not much to see. Its a black kitten, recruited to do back warming - duty. LOL.
She hasn't a name yet, any ideas?

To preserve my manhood I must not give you my ideas....BUT Coco or Coco puff. Fluffy. Puff ball. Brb going to eat a raw steak and kill a bear blind folded.

Coco won't work, she is black. Too short hair for "fluffy". For now she is called "puzzy". Every time I call her, my wife thinks I'm horny.
Good luck with the bear, lol!

Sleep apnea is directly related to neck size. Mine is about 17.5 and it’s not so bad. You get up to 20 and things are real. It is very common for guys with abs to still have sleep apnea if their necks get muscular enough.

This is why most NFL players have CPAPs, even the running backs. Nobody talks about it, but most heavyweight lifters and athletes are using CPAPs.

I like Kitty's

I think "Shaft" would be a good name !!

Maybe since you wear her on your back, Sweater

Wasn't there a Lab call Redi-Cat ??

The other cat still on roids? Hey don't forget about the cardio.. I was supposed to remind you :)

My back is fugged up, no cardio besides wanking. Cat on roids, well, I once thought about it. There is wild tomcat harassing my neutered males, I once thought about to jack one of my males up, so he could confront him.

I was thinking about that photo you posted with the needles and the cat last year haha. You could always try the fidget spinner, no excuses

What’s up with the back bro - bitch when lower back pain hits - so limiting

It's like bad perma-back pumps. Can't really pinpoint what's wrong. Doesn't seem to be a musculature -nor nerve issue. Its getting better by the day.
Have to walk while pressing my butt cheeks together. Bending forward alleviates the pain.
I'm waiting it out, all workouts are off until Friday.

In for a video of the butt-pinching walk.

Hope you feel better soon

Yes, woke up to this. Never had back issues before. The day before I did traps with BB, 265lbs. It felt heavy to the lumbar section, standing for prolonged time with this weight. Now thinking that I should do more abs workout to counterbalance my back workouts.

are hip flexors, hamstrings or calves tight?

is a hip raised on a side? aka is one leg a bit shorter than normal?

check and see if you have an anterior pelvic tilt.

how old are your shoes?

answer these I can try to give you some tips.

I've been dealing with back pain since December, it's a been a bitch. I've tried everything under the moon and just barely started to figure it out.

-nothing tight (butthole is tight, only used for sh1tting)
-both legs are short
-no tilt
-shoes are almost new

My back issue is a one time occurrence up to now.
-My diagnosis: Lumbar hyperlordosis
-my treatment approach: train more abs

I screwed my lower back 22 years ago.

Now how I deal with it is if it feels tight or swolen I take 200mg ibuprofen to stop the swelling, if it gets worse and nerve pain starts I take 500 paracetamol/30mg codine.
Double this if its really bad.

Most important thing to me is keep the swelling down.
Good luck mate.

haha

Have even you checked?

training more abs is always a good plan.

Also stretch those calves, and hip flexors.

Also lumbar hyperlordrosis is almost always caused by an anterior pelvic tilt. which if this is the case do not strech hamstings to much, it can make it worse.

I personally found deep stretching and sauna/hot tub most effective for my pain. I have the same issue, but it is for sure cause by an anterior pelvic tilt, and a raise right side of my hip.

Last but not least walk around, sit with, and pretty much everything by sleep with you abs always flexed. it makes a world of difference.

sleeping on you back, on the floor, with you feet elevated a bit, for a few days. this may make you sore as sh!t at first but it is helping I promise.

chiropractors don't do ****.

deep tissue message therapy is a life saver.

capzasin-hp creme is a god send. it hurts like a bitch at first but you get used to it. and it relieves pain WAY BETTER than icy hot.

Also due to this curve in the lower back your gonna cause inflammation it the spine. so take natural anti-inflammatories. ice once a day. and maybe pick up some prednisone or oral hydocortisone.

I'll get some exercises for you later. for now start on this stuff, espescially streching.

also i know you dont smoke weed but you should consider it. it is a great anti-inflammatory (like an par with steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, such as prednisone, but none of the side effects). it is also great for the pain.

Eating it in a cookie is much better and will help sleep greatly. All you need is 10 sticks of butter and a gallon ziploc of weed, and a slow cooker. Cook until mixed well then strain through cheese cloth, and put in the refrigerator to cool and harden

Sleeping on the floor every now and again works miracles.

yes but no need to strain it imo. especially if making cookies. just make sure you grind it good.

We always strain it to get the bits out of it, cause we dont put just weed. We put stims and seeds and everything else in there while cooking it
