People underdose tvar massively. If it’s 25% conversion to trenbolone 200mg is about 50mg tren/day, or 350/wk. Snags was running 300/day with 80mg Epistane when he tried for his pro card. I spent most of the cycle averaging 150 though, and 210 was only week of comp.

Yeah, I remember him talking about going that high and it makes sense too. I seem to remember most people running it in the 120-150 range.
The blood bag does all the work. Once the needle is in, blood starts filling up the bag.
It does get messy wen u pull the needle out. It is a big hole. 5 minutes exactly seems to be dead on a pint.
Sounds about right for when I donate too.

I think I would probably come around to trying it if I couldn't donate. My TRT keeps my HCT level up pretty high otherwise.

I'll stick a small needle in my butt, but I ani't stick'in no giant needle in a vein in my arm !!

can vouch this is what happens... when your friends/wives are all nurses this is how the night of drinking ends.. IV fluids to prevent/cure hangovers inevitably turn into a bloodbath haha

We use to do it in the Army all the time Friday night hook up and hang IV Bags stick your buddy and then drink the night away. Wake up Saturday with no hangover.

But for blood removal I really sujest being outside( I know sounds weird)
Pull outneedle , put cotton ball and bend arm.
Kink tube and zip tie close.
Useblood in your garden. If eating veggies or smoking weed grown with blood turns you off, use in flowers.

Man, I am noticing I really get full when trying to do my carb loads and don't feel awesome the first day after. I am going to have to be a little more careful about what I am eating for my reloads. Get some more easily digested carbs in there and maybe a lot less fat.

I ended up doing a 2 day carb up again due to not being able to stomach enough food in one evening to really get me where I need to be. I would say I got in about 800g of carbs over the 2 days and woke up feeling noticeably thicker but also nice and tight this morning.

I hit up a push session yesterday at the gym and plan on doing a pull session tonight and then lower body tomorrow.
 
Bagels, jam, honey, white rice, mac n cheese, frosting, sugar drinks, tortillas, pancakes/waffles w syrup.

You can destroy carbs on a loading day with very little fat with those (except the frosting; I just find it super easy to enjoy lol). And only the jam is fructose-based. You could of course do potatoes or other pastas but they can be hard to get through, and tomato sauce while drinking a half gallon of sugar lemonade is an acid-reflux no-no for me.

Add a lb or 2 of 96/4 lean beef for taco meat and you have a delicious day of easy eating ahead of you.

Instead of spreading the carbs throughout the day I was trying to do it in the carb nite fashion IE workout then a massive influx of carbs with the post workout feeding. I think next time I will spread the carbs out throughout the day. I bet it causes far less stomach distress and allows for better performance in the gym on those days.

Fat-free custard blended with a righteous amount of fruity pebbles and honey can knock out 400 grams pretty handily, but the few times I tried to backload in a small window I just felt like trash.

Exactly what I am dealing with. So this week I will go with a longer carb up and see how I feel. I have been dealing with heartburn throughout the day. So that just isn't working for me!
 
Don’t do the sugar drinks if acid reflux is on the table

Well guys, I tripped in the driveway Monday night shortly after my last post and knocked my hips out of alignment. Set off some nerve pain in my lower back that was intense. Had to take the day off from work and go see a chiro so I could walk right again.

Feeling much better when he popped my hip the nerve pain almost stopped. Just some residual I am sure has to do with inflammation.

I didn't update my last workout, it was a simple pull session.

Mixed Grip Pull Ups/Chin Ups - BWx12, BWx10, +45x5, +45x4, +45x3, BWx13, BWx9, BWx6 - Kept rest relatively short, about 1 minute.

Recline Ring Row 2 sets to momentary failure. Set 1 30+, Set 2 13-15

Barbell Curls - 2 Sets to momentary failure. 45x50+, 45x33


I think for simplicity's sake I am going go back to basics with a Push, Pull, Lower Body split. Then I can ramp up the frequency if I want to, or just do 3 workouts a week if I am not feeling it.

I modified it a bit and substituted table salt with electrolytes:

-500ml water
-1 teaspoon powdered electrolytes (look up: alacer "electromix" on amazon)
-3 teaspoons of sugar
-1 tablespoon of glycerol, also called vegetable glycerin (get a gallon at amazon)
 
Did a few sets of leg extensions and high rep body weight lunges last night. Just trying to stimulate things a little and test my back some before tomorrow at the water park. No way I am not going to ride rides with my daughter! Everything felt good so not too worried about my back and think I will probably be able to hit up some squats later this weekend.

I am looking pretty good right now. Still leaning up, but maybe not as fast this week. Haven't really done any cardio like the week before due to my work schedule and then when my hips got out of whack there was no way. Either way the abs are coming in better and the lower chest is tightening up a little more.

I think I can safely say I succeeded in leaning up for Trinity's water park trip to the point that I am looking pretty impressive. I actually kind of enjoy what I am seeing in the mirror again. It's the difference between this is pretty good but I can do better, and this sucks and I need to get my crap together. Just a totally different outlook now.

I don't expect many healthy options at the water park so I may just treat it as a free day. Not a gluttony day but just eat what is available and not worry too much about it. I will be walking all day so I know I will be burning calories.

Yesterdays intake 1lb Picanah, 2 tbls chimichurri sauce, 12 grilled hot wings. Yeah Yeah I know, where are my veggies???

This is pretty standard reload protocol for the last 25 years of powerlifting for someone cutting weight. Super simple:

Gatorade, glycerin, iodized salt & potassium.

I am always amazed at how frequently lifters don’t know fundamentals of hydration (muscle is water too!), so it’s good to keep posting.

Yeah I'm always hydrated. I just would like to have an actual IV set up and some bags of fluids.
I drink plenty of water over a gallon a day. I'm on the loom out for legit IV set up.....I'm a little weird I guess, but I'd like to kick my feet up in my living room and watch the news with an IV in my arm

I think demented cowboy pointing me in the right direction. But I was having a hell of a time trying to find IV fluids. It's easier to get steroids and it is IV fluids

Why just before trt you're not allowed to do it if you're on trt?

Not sure about other places but at the blood bank I go to the TRT patients have to have a letter in their file from their doctor to donate. Then for some reason that I don't understand they only take the full blood donation and not anything that separated the blood in any way.

Not really sure why, I figured if someone has high HCT that the best way to do it would be to do a Double RBC and return the platelets and fluids back. That way you can correct the high HCT faster while not causing too much of a change in total blood volume.

Anyone want to see before and after pics of my veins going from fasting to having a burst of carbs? The difference is normally unreal.

I was going to buy some stuff but got 20lbs of isolate instead. I needed isolate and the deal was too nice to pass up. I did a full body Thursday an upper body on Saturday and a lower on Sunday.

Bench 225x18@RPE9, x10@RPE9, x7@RPE10 3 set total 35 and 225x18 is a PR for reps my old one was 17.

Thank you Gentlemen! I did have the help of having a few extra carbs than I should have over the holiday weekend. It wasn't anything major but enough to fill me back out quite a bit. I would guess I hit about 212 with abs at the height of the carb up.

I was also chosen to test Controlled Labs Blue Sugar this weekend, it is their new GDA and it has a whopping 500mg of Berberine per dose. I am pretty excited to be running that. I will still update my training and whatnot in here but will be doing most of my logging in that log to try and get as much traffic in there as possible. I will post up a link to the log here shortly.

I believe my best 18 rep bench is 185-190. 225 would be nice!!!

haha my best 18 rep bench is like... the bar... maybe haha.

dont think I've ever been able to do more than like 225x4-5. Man, it hurts to even type that ha
 
Ive never done 18 reps in one set on bench lol i did get 225x12 recently which was an all time PR for me
