Q & A for ASSASS1NATE

Different lot# markings

I bought 2 bottles online... both say the same lot #(A721) and exp date(2/2019) but differently and on different parts of the bottle. One on the bottom of the bottle and one on the side on the label. Just want to make sure these are not fugazi. Any help would be appreciated. xtyler OlympusLabs Thanks.

As long as you purchased both from a legit seller, nothing to worry about. It's extremely common for companies to use different labels and stickers manufacturers.

I’m not using pre work currently just to pull back the stims alittle. Anyone got any thoughts or adjustments I should make to this?

Assass1nate dosing is fine as long as breakfast contains most of your carbs, with less CHO at lunch and dinner
Yohimbine should be used on empty stomach tho
 
My bottle says to take 4 capsules with my largest meal of the day yet everything online and maybe the old bottles say different. Took 4 capsules with lunch and having some GI issues maybe I misread the bottle?
 
I've just started using Assass1nate and it's great so far, really pumptastic stuff.
Is it me or it does help with digestion ?

First, glad to hear you're enjoying Assass1nate. A staple of mine under any circumstance.
To address your question, it definitely may.
Olive leaf extract exerts a positive effect on growth and viability of healthy gut bacteria.
 
Currently doing IF with an eating window of 12-7pm. Eating at 12, 4(pre workout), and 7(post workout). What would be the optimal dosing schedule?

Just my opinion:
Ep1logue would seem OK to use but Ign1te might be bad if you have a thyroid problem.
But don't take my word for it. Medical conditions and supplements need serious research before.

OL has good articles on ingredients used in their products. You could show them to your doctor.

I only think thar because it affect thyroid. Might be in a positive way but I don't know that. It says in the product description that it affects thyroid. If you have a medical condition then you need to be more careful.

Can I take ignit3？
 
Hi OL,

Just wondering if assass1nate is ok to take with alcohol? Either any negative effects or if alcohol will diminish the benefits whereby there is no point taking it. There will be some food involved tonight too but alot of whisky haha. Thanks in advance

It will metabolise alcohol faster if you consume just prior to, or during drinking.

Absolutely. Alcohol need not be the bad guy, ultimately if you waaaay overdo it, clearly you will need to deal with the ramifications the next day. Body comp wise its going to come down to how over you go on total cals, id sure as hell prefer to have liver and neuroprotective actives in Assassinate in my system while drinking though.

Lol good question, i don’t usually follow a controlled testing environment when on the sauce..usually to caught up making regrettable decisions and enjoying myself ??*♂️??*♂️

Ok cool thanks. Ramifications I’m not worried about, it will be fine, but wasn’t sure if I was wasting it by dosing pre session tonight. Wasn’t aware of hepatic and neuroprotective properties!

Abstract
BACKGROUND/AIMS:
Skeletal muscle atrophy is an important health issue and can impose tremendous economic burdens on healthcare systems. Glucocorticoids (GCs) are well-known factors that result in muscle atrophy observed in numerous pathological conditions. Therefore, the development of effective and safe therapeutic strategies for GC-induced muscle atrophy has significant clinical implications. Some natural compounds have been shown to effectively prevent muscle atrophy under several wasting conditions. Dihydromyricetin (DM), the most abundant flavonoid in Ampelopsis grossedentata, has a broad range of health benefits, but its effects on muscle atrophy are unclear. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects and underlying mechanisms of DM on muscle atrophy induced by the synthetic GC dexamethasone (Dex).

METHODS:
The effects of DM on Dex-induced muscle atrophy were assessed in Sprague-Dawley rats and L6 myotubes. Muscle mass and myofiber cross-sectional areas were analyzed in gastrocnemius muscles. Muscle function was evaluated by a grip strength test. Myosin heavy chain (MHC) content and myotube diameter were measured in myotubes. Mitochondrial morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) was quantified by real-time PCR. Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex activities were examined using the MitoProfile Rapid Microplate Assay Kit, and mitochondrial membrane potential was assessed by JC-1 staining. Protein levels of mitochondrial biogenesis and dynamics markers were detected by western blotting. Myotubes were transfected with siRNAs targeting peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α), mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) and mitofusin-2 (mfn2) to determine the underlying mechanisms.

RESULTS:
In vivo, DM preserved muscles from weight and average fiber cross-sectional area losses and improved grip strength. In vitro, DM prevented the decrease in MHC content and myotube diameter. Moreover, DM stimulated mitochondrial biogenesis and promoted mitochondrial fusion, rescued the reduced mtDNA content, improved mitochondrial morphology, prevented the collapse in mitochondrial membrane potential and enhanced mitochondrial respiratory chain complex activities; these changes restored mitochondrial function and improved protein metabolism, contributing to the prevention of Dex-induced muscle atrophy. Furthermore, the protective effects of DM on mitochondrial function and muscle atrophy were alleviated by PGC-1α siRNA, TFAM siRNA and mfn2 siRNA transfection in vitro.

CONCLUSION:
DM attenuated Dex-induced muscle atrophy by reversing mitochondrial dysfunction, which was partially mediated by the PGC-1α/TFAM and PGC-1α/mfn2 signaling pathways. Our findings may open new avenues for identifying natural compounds that improve mitochondrial function as promising candidates for the management of muscle atrophy.

I’m thinking of adding in GW50156 for cholesterol benefits. Is there any danger adding this to 4 caps Assas1nate a day?
 
Anyone using this with a ketogenic diet?

Also, would this or Sup3r-Shred go better with a ketogenic diet when considering the MOA’s of each?

What would the protocol for an Assassinate + Ignit3 stack look like supposing I train at 8pm?

2 caps Assassinate with breakfast??
And
1 cap assassinate + 3 caps Ignitewith pre gym meal???

Please keep in mind I am sensitive to Stims and only have 2 cups of coffee per day (no other stims).

No offense to GNO, but xtyler made it known early that he was going to be the go to man to handle all Assass1nate dosage questions. Particularly when stacking with IGN1T3 which can make things a bit hairy..

I will say that in the past, the recommendation was to 1/2 dose Assass1nate if stacking it with IGN1T3. Are you taking former IGN1T3 or new version? 3 capsules of the former IGN1T3 would be quite an experience for someone that is stim sensitive.I am quite stim tolerant, and if I take 3 caps of OG IGN1T3 around 6-7 PM, I have a very restless night of sleep.

The current IGN1T3 is more forgiving for the stim sensitive, but 3 at that time of night would still likely be exceessive. However, dosing either version with a pre gym meal is going to significantly reduce the effects and feel good attributes as they are far better taken on an empty stomach.

Is there the original write up available anywhere? Nothing on the OL website, and I bought 3 bottles so I just felt like reading up on it again.
 
Hey guys, can somebody explain what the " cannabionoid receptor 1 modulation" means ? I dont know if its still on the new bottles but it was on the label of the first version.
Hope somebody can help me.

It's the "old" formula. The CB1 receptor modulation has been found to reduce intake of food in humans. Targeting this receptor inhibits enhancement of DA release, suggesting that these receptors is involved in determining the hedonic value of food. It basically prevents "the munchies."

Same. And once I Found out it’s discontinued I dropped it to two capsules daily to extend the life of the bottles I have and definitely noticed a slight difference in body composition
