Ironhands negativity free arm growth for Jesus bodybuilding questions and answers thr

But God is Morgan Freeman. This is a fact that people of all religions and even atheists can agree on.
I can vouch for this. I saw it in a documentary called "Bruce Almighty."

the Bible tells us to forgive freely, and in the measure we forgive, we will be forgiven. i have to forgive everyone

i'm sorry...maybe returning to AM was a bad idea, maybe i should just stay on bodybuilding.com., bye guys, it was fun while it lasted.

what? hey i can talk about Jesus whenever i want, get rid of that anti-Christian spirit please
I was saying that I welcome having good conversations about bodybuilding in a bodybuilding forum, but if you keep shoving Jesus down peoples throats, don’t be surprised when they are less than amiable in return.

Tomorrow we will all have a fresh start towards peak arm development and will take steps to reach the pinnacle of growth and muscles
Amen. Let's all get closer to God... by making our biceps taller.

We will chase him. Because we have to chase him. Because he's the hero Anabolic Minds deserves, but not the one it needs right now, so we'll hunt him. Because he can take it, because he's not a hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. He is ironhands.

He is the chosen one the prophecies foretold of. He will lead our biceps to the promised land of 19" cobras.

We may have outtrolled the troll...

in bodybuilding, it's very important to avoid stress, at all costs, also avoid negative people, psychopaths, and get plenty of rest (8+ hrs of sleep)
I keep reading that I need 8 hra of sleep to grow. I haven't gotten 8 hrs in a decade, 37yo. How the hell do I do that. Any tips?

Exercise daily. Tire yourself out so much you pass out. Eat healthy, always.

Lower caffeine intake. Don't smoke.

Melatonin, valerian root etc.

If all else fails, see a doctor and get sleepy pills. (Mine have bad sides, so I recommend the healthier approach first)

I work night shift then lift after. On lift days it's way worse. I can get to sleep after workouts. And that's with no pwo powder. Although I have Dr jeckell and it's ****ing awesome when I use it. My arms get huge ( at least for my noon ass lol).

Why can't I post pics

Yea lol, I've definitely done my share of swing shifts, night duty.

In the army, that was a given. You're going to work through the night.

When I worked security, I started at about 4-5pm, and was relieved from my post at about 6am the next day.

You couldn't leave your post until your relief showed up. If he was late, oh well!

I did all kinds of security, but when I worked guarding construction equipment, (100s of thousands of dollars worth of shet) I would workout with whatever was laying around.

As for getting off and working out, no that's not going to happen. You're already going against your body's natural internal clock. I would recommend working out on off days...

As for sleep, I know when I got off at 6am I would go home and sleep 6 hours, get up and get a workout in then go to work. By the time I got home I was asleep lol.

Driving home after working all night aint fun!
