Bicep size? What’s your stats people and what do you think looks “good”

I'd wager some of us here have forgotten more about the Bible than you ever knew about it. You've already gotten some very basic things regarding the Bible wrong...
I doubt he could even recite 1 of the 10 Commandments. Or any of them in order. Lol

Jealous...Hahaha, I went to schools ran by the Marianites, and Jesuits. I know more about the bible than you ever will, and actually understand it. I have also read things like the Quran...Which "hint, hint" same story, same people in that book too. Lol. And if your IQ was that high. Then you could get a hint. But, obviously....
Exactly. Judaism later "branched" out into Christianity and Islam. But even Judaism isn't the oldest religion, with Hinduism, which later also birthed Buddhism, predating it. Then there's the countless parallels between the teachings of Hinduism and Taoism with the teachings of Jesus. Not to mention the influence of Plato and Pythagoras (yes, the triangle guy) on early Christian thought.

Last Sunday, and I'm going again tomorrow. I go every Sunday at 11am. But, guess what you dont have to go to church to talk to God.

1 Corinthians 3:16 (NRSV):

"Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?"

If you depend on going to Church on Sunday morning to be a Christian, you're missing the point my friend.

i go to church because i want to, nobody is putting a gun to my head and forcing me to go to church

right, keep dreaming
But you're 100% irrefutably wrong. You got the Golden rule wrong, that much is clear, and the overwhelming consensus is that the Apostle John could not have possibly written Revelation, as evidenced by the events/time of writing and the writing style.

The "Golden Rule" was given by Jesus of Nazareth, who used it to summarize the Torah: "Do to others what you want them to do to you." and "This is the meaning of the law of Moses and the teaching of the prophets"

Good, now you've got it. Earlier you said it was to love God, which was wrong.

after all is said and done, if anyone wants some tips to grow larger arms, let me know (i'm willing to share wisdom for free)

For free... as if you have some secret knowledge that no one else does. We should all be grateful that you even grace us with your online presence.

no, my theological advice is better
Good God... then why would anyone listen to your training advice? Plenty of us have shown our arms that are much smaller than 19" and less lean than 7% body fat, so why don't you post a pic of your arms? If they're so amazing, why won't you? It'd instantly make you so much more credible.

because you have been pretty nasty to me, if you were to change your attitude maybe i will change my mind

i'm natty now, back then i wasn't
New research suggests that benefits from AAS on muscle fibers (including increased muscle fiber size and number of myonuclei per muscle fiber) persist long after cessation of use. So can you ever really be natty after you used in the past? Let's not be disingenuous here.

i haven't used any pro-hormone in more than 10 yrs, relax (i'm natty)

Still not exactly true, but I doubt you even read what I said.

i think i read in musclemag, an old bodybuilding magazine, that you are natty if you haven't touched anything (anything related to steroids or pro-hormones) for 4 years or more, that magazine said that yes, you would be natty by then. i took pro-hormones back then because i used to suffer from depression and i didn't know what i was doing
