Have fun paying tennis, I use to have a tennis court in my back yard, but all I ever played was hit the ball and fetch it!!

lol...you have to be a track star to play at a high level today...the titanium/carbon/graphite racquets and better quality strings have really changed the game from when I started out with an old stan smith Wilson wood racquet.

lol...had to go back to doctor today, dropped another 2lbs-and this is right after my wife and I had doubles/fries and shakes at five guys....I can't seem to stop dropping weight-man, is it good to be able to run again!!!

haven't made it to the tennis courts yet, trust me that is much harder on knee than just running-especially the sudden change of direction...soon!!!
 
The Muscle Sculptor combined with the increased cardio is doing the trick thethint

it's good that even at my ripe age I can still cut weight pretty easily---I give credit to MUSCLE SKULPTOR for starting the ball rolling, and also for preserving muscle-no apparent strength loss!!!

Awesome man! Muscle Sculptor is definitely one of my fav new products when it comes to leaning out. It and true shred are top notch.

had a police officer killed in line of duty yesterday...that is a big deal here in my small city of 60,000!!!

they were investigating another homicide and closing in on the guy, when the cops went to bust the door down the guy fired through the door and hit the cop in the neck...the suspect was also killed!!!

I heard about that. That's crazy. Anytime an officer dies in the line of duty is unfortunate.

Had a buddy in Iraq, get shot like that. Guy shot through the door hit my buddy in the face. He survived, but he is a 1 eyed Armed Private Security Officer today down in Austin

I put cops and military and all 1st responders in my 'special' category...running towards danger when everyone else is running away...WHO YOU GONNA CALL...it sure aint ghostbusters!!!!

Well in the Army we always make the Joke, Marines are taught to run toward the sound of gunfire. In the Army we're taught to shoot back and run towards it after the gunfire stops. Lol

good appetite reduction, good mood boost, decent stim factor....I seem to have lost a high percentage of water/fat, so it seems to do a good job of preserving muscle while cutting!!!

The biggest things I feel are appetite suppressant, usually at least 5-6 hours of clean energy and mood enhancement. I have taken a pre with Stims with no problems. No increases sweating necessarily and I am the only one who get some “heart flutters” is what I have been calling them for 5-10 minutes.

No clen for me but original hydroxycut!

yeah man I have been following your log and noticed your heart flutters. Keep a close eye on that. I'm getting great results from my TRUE SHRED / ALPHA LEAN STACK stack. I wanna run my MUSCLE SKULPTOR, but I guess I just need to be patient and enjoy what I'm doing now.

Or increase heart rate whatever it is. Hasn’t scared/worried me enough as I am running a second bottle.

BOSSMAN there is a nice boost from MUSCLE SKULPTOR, part stim and part mental boost...I have a higher than most stim tolerance and I feel it....my usual routine is 2 MUSCLE SKULPTOR with a scoop of re1gn- once MUSCLE SKULPTOR runs out[tomorrow]I will go back to my usual 2 scoops of re1gn.

I've seen that feedback from others about feeling the stims while on muscle sculptor. Glad it's working for ya!

there is no denying that for me I get a stim boost from MUSCLE SKULPTOR....it's kind of like as much a mental boost as physical-I like it and will miss this!!!
 
final review:

good appetite suppression
good mood boost-kind of like a noot affect
dried me out real nice
lost nine lbs total[goal was only to lose 7]with no strength or visible muscle loss

overall I am very happy with this product, it did what it said it would do....I had some sore joints when I ran it at 3 caps per day, but once I went back to the recommended 2 caps this cleared up pretty quickly. other than the sore joints at 3 caps I can't think of any other negative I felt while using this product.
