Night off tonight....Daughter has spring Concert. Will be back at it tomorrow. But since I cant lift. I took 2 Radiate Caps for while I'm sitting in the concert. Maybe I'll get something out of the concert after all. Lol

So, I forgot to tell y'all....I asked my doctor at the VA for a full hormonal panel. He agreed, but said, I hope your not taking any test products. Cause Test causes Cancer....We are all screwed, since we all have TEST. Sorry to let y'all all know like this. Lol??

Yeah but its right across the street from me. So its convenient until I build my home gym. I also go to an all Veteran gym when I have time, and another gym a little further away when my buddy is in town and he's paying the day pass. Lol
 
Not trying to be "that guy" at all here, but are you accounting for the fact that the Smith machine is taking about 35-40 lbs off your total number because of the counterbalance?

I seriously wasn't trying to be an ass, though. I've seen a lot of people that have been lifting for quite a while never even think about it when they go to use a Smith from using free weights.

Thanks wasn't trying to be a dick either but when you have to squat in a smith Machine. You have to know what your doing. Sorry if I came off a little rude. I grew up lifting in an L frame squat rack, and will weld one when I build my home gym.

I posted a pic a while back of both ex wives, and the reason I had a drinking problem. But, my first wife I met in a bar outside of Ft. Hood, Tx. I was drunk and she came up and grabbed my ass, and said nice ass Cowboy, and walked away. One of my ex-girlfriends was at the table and said you should go talk to her. I said if she wanted to talk she would have stayed here. So my ex-girlfriend walked up and brought her back to the table. We did a few shots, alot of beer, f***ed in a park that night, and 2 months later we where married. I stayed drunk for 4 years, then when we divorced I married my second wife 4 months after.

Here in Kansas, we call that Common Law Marriage. After living together for 7+ years as married people do, you are officially married in the eyes of the state.
