Supplement for Lean Muscle Mass whilst on a cut?

Hi guys I'm currently on my 4th week of my cut and started at 73kg and 17% bf now I'm at 69kg and 15% bf using redcell from proteinworks but I was wondering if there's any natty supps that can still build lean muscle mass whilst on a cut ? I know its not usually possible without anabolics but I thought I might ask kind regards Sam
 
I’m running FD2 and Vector with some positive results. Might want to look in that direction.
 
I'm really liking true shred from hard rock supps for this also so far.. seem to be recomping more than just straight cutting
 
BLR FD2 is probably my favorite. I am currently enjoying Muscle Sculptor but have only been on it for 2 weeks. Will know if I truely like it at the end of my 4-5 week run.

If you're looking for individual ingredients, both ashwagandha and forskolin have been shown to improve body composition. Ashwagandha can also help improve mood and reduce anxiety, which can be helpful during a cut. Alternatively, AlphaMax XT has full doses of both of these ingredients, and some other stuff too. If you just want bulk ingredients, KSM-66 is great for ashwagandha (600mg/day), and 50mg/day of a 95% forskolin extract is a solid dose for forskolin.
 
Can you cut with ARA?

You can pretty much cut with anything IMO. It’s all diet and training depending. For example, I can cut on MassMax or bulk. Some supplements are better suited for certain goals but that doesn’t mean you can’t use them for other goals.

My recommendation would be AlphaMax. The forskolin will really help you out. Also look into a nutrient partitioner.
 
I’ve seen good things about hydrahead six. You get a bunch of UA. I would love to try it on my next cut. Also since a serving is 1 pill and it’s suggested to take 4, you can always change it up.

It’s pretty much an anti catabolic forumula.

Gaining lean mass while losing fat is hard to do. You need a surplus of calories to do one, while a deficit to do the other. One ingredient you can look into is forskolin, I will post some stuff below for you to read. AlphaMax XT could help with your goal and is a natural anabolic I suggest when cutting or lean bulking. The product as a whole will help elevate testosterone, which will aid with your goal, but again, focus on the forskolin.

Forskolin increases metabolism, burns fat, breaks down triglycerides, and increases lean-body mass
The thyroid stimulating strength of forskolin has been compared to TSH (thyrotropin). Thyroid hormone levels are important for leanness.
Forskolin has increased total testosterone by 16% in male subjects during a 12-week trial.
