Off day from the Gym, try to never lift on Sundays. Woke up, showered. Put on Hypernova, took 2 caps Radiate, and downed two cups of coffee. Think I'm gonna get alot of yardwork done today

Felt like it. Back then I owned a Corner Lot and couldnt cut the whole thing in 1 day. Now I own an Acre and walk the whole thing 4 times before I jump on the Riding Lawnmower and Finish it off

Overall I went from 212 to 168 @ 5'8". Then found out I had low T from an outside Doctor cause VA doc never even tested me
 
Got a appt with VA doc on the 13th. Gonna ask for blood work, full spectrum TEST, free test, ALT, AST. What else should I ask for. I know from my last blood test I'm Anemic but that is from the blood lost in Afghanistan. And apparently I have small Red Blood Cells...All real Bloodwork previously has been done outside the VA
 
I'm still here cowboy, your workouts look good. I need to look into these rest pause sets...
 
Any suggestions on what I need to ask for, as far as bloodwork goes?

See if they will do a female panel as well or I think they have an 18 point anti aging panel.They may not cover that one.
not an expert on blood test. I'm sure there are others that are a lot more knowledgeable.

Thats Michigan. We have 2 freeways that come down river and 1 of them is completely shutdown till Novemeber so everyone coming down river uses 1 road. And it makes the drive a lot longer. Some days I get to it before the traffic kicks in....Others not so much

Really thought about doing elevated pushups in the pew, and some tricep work. Lol

Haven't been able to go to the gym. The power has been out due to an ice storm. And reports look like it may be Tuesday or Wednesday till its back on. From yesterday they got it down from 310,000 without power to 290,000 without power and still over 200 lines down

You will see a few more now. Gonna start trying to videotape more sets. Atleast 1 set per workout to get feedback, and see my own form

One tip to keep your knees safe while pressing, place the feet higher up on the platform, so that when you go deeper, your knees don't go over your toes. This way you can go deeper -and deeper you should go. :)

Thanks for the tip. I will try that next time. Thats actually why I wasnt going deeper. I could feel my knees and wanted to almost put my hands there. But, I know thats bad
