Rocket is getting Truly Shreeded with Hard Rock's TRUE SHRED

That product should be fine for her regarding the hormonal aspect, her test could rise a tiny bit and estro fall but that would be ideal for her goals and not to the point she would have any virilization.

The concern for her would be how that arimistane would treat the inflammation in her hip. Cortisol helps control inflammation and lowering it causes people with inflammation issues some troubles quite often. thebigt will second me here on what it does for those of us who have arthritis. OUCH! Add the 7-keto-DHEA which is going to lower cortisol as well and it MIGHT be an issue for her.

Then again the loxogenenin should also decrease inflammation too, so who knows.
Rocket3015, did Muscle Sculptor also have something in it that lowers cortisol? If so it could have been a combination of the products lowering things a bit low for you and causing the return of the aches and pains.

My joint pain came when I added in the second product True Shred and Muscle Sculptor, I believe if I had continuted with a single product I would have keep enjoying the relief of the loxogenenin

no more arimistane for me and I've become a fan of invictus over 7-keto...but like someone already said, the laxo might offset the aches and pains.

Yeah that was me in the one you just responded to but I think Rocket also mentioned the same in his response to me. I would just hate for Kat to even risk it with how bad her hip was hurting before the shot. Seemed like it might be much worse than our arthritis issues...

In my opinion (which isn't worth much) I think the low calories would be great I lost fat and gained muscle while on a deficit. Give it a try ..

Thanks Chris! Appreciate the input! Definitely don’t want to risk increased inflammation right now! Pain is already back almost full force.

I am almost absolutely sure we can still push your leg development for a bit with some other stuff I have been thinking about. I will hit you up on the side later about some possibilities to help you keep or even gain some more mass in the legs. Just wont be traditional lifting is all.

I started round two of True Shred today. Body weight 184lbs. BOSSMAN I got over 21000 steps yesterday, not many for you but a boat load for me!!

Haxx.. this log is what sold me on the true shred in the first place lol:) and the ingredient profile offers so much flexibility really.. the laxo should help you keep more muscle during a cut so you could turn up the shred notches by stacking another t2 supp with it.. or bulk moreso by adding a test booster and more laxo.. true shred offers a versatile base for whichever goal you need:)

I added Wild Thing back in to the mix this morning, I'm not sure if it was that or I was just having a good day, but I killed the weights, extra reps on every set !!

Yesterday I woke up and weighed 182 lbs

last night I got up 6 times to pee

This morning 177lbs

I ate the same food and took the same supplements both days ????
 
I have to share a funny story. About six weeks ago at the end of my first run of True Shred (and the Transformation Challenge) I ask my wife to pick me up two pair of Black Jeans (for work) now we have been married for close to 30 years and I have worn 34X29 for 30 years, so when I ask her to get me 32x29 she questioned it. Fast forward, got my new 32x29 jeans and she says "I want to see you fit unto these now" so I go into the bedroom try them on (they fit GREAT) I come out with no shirt on, just the jeans and she calls me Muscle Man (I liked that). Later that night she tells me I am looking very good and if I got in to better shape for her it was not necessary, if I did it for my self it's ok, but if I got a younger hot thing on the side she will cut my +#$% off!!!! Just for the record I got no young hot thing, just a 65 year old wife that I love very much !!

Awesome story! My wife says that all the time and she is 8 years younger than me and the young guys at the gym check her out all the time.
I tell her I can only afford one women at a time. lol

I'm the same way. there isn't anything on it to hide. My moto. doesn't matter where you get your appetite it's where you eat!
Got to have trust in a marriage. It ruined my first marriage (her jealousy was horrible after we got married).
