NTNM - Diet , my un-scientific approach to leanness

I had the same issue Friday, except on the inside of my elbow. Seems all of my old aches and pains are back after ending my Ostarine run.

I'm suspecting now, it hasn't much to do with form, weight -or whatever. It just happens, especially to us old farts.
 
Nah.
Cactus=Mexico
Coke, Ayahuasca=Bolivia or Peru
Mary Jane=Paraguay (coke from Bolivia too)
Crack, Alcohol=everywhere
Hot girls: Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil....all others=frog butt

:) I'm not an expert on drugs, by the way...but on butts. :)

I'm drug free for about 8 years. Only took 2 hits of a duby a year ago, LOL.

-Tuesday/elbow rehab day
-Wednesday/ Knee rehab day
-Thursday/lower back rehab day
-Friday/off (have to recover from all the rehab days)
-Saturday/stretch -and floss day
-Sunday/mobility work and penile stretching
 
Starting to look like there just aren't enough days in the week for all of your parts needing rehab.

-Bad news: I'm getting fat

The holidays were pure venom for me. I normally don't like sweets -but it got totally out of hand.

Decided to do a fast day. Lots of water, nothing else. Will be back with the daily workout log.
 
Short story on overdosing LGD, by accident:

I made my LGD from raw powder and grain alcohol. 0.25ml = 12mg LGD.
I also made my Cardarine this way. 0.75ml = 20mg Cardarine.
Happened a few days ago.
The normal, recommended dose of LGD is somewhere between 5-10mg/day.
Somehow I was distracted and took 0.75ml LGD = 36mg.
Right after I gulped it down with some juice, I realized what I did.
The sides were:
-back pumps the same day in the gym
-insomnia with night sweats all night, much like tren sides.
-cramps in back and legs while trying to sleep
 
Made a decision...

As I'm having discipline problems following my cutting diet, I decided to bulk with a somewhat heavy cycle.
The cycle will be logged separately, will provide link later.
