Rocket is getting Truly Shreeded with Hard Rock's TRUE SHRED

It’s been too long for me without a nice cheat day. A burger, fries, a beer and a pizza for dinner.

I don't drink alcohol, but the rest sounds good.

* I realize on the third set I was lifting most (or all) of the weight with my left leg so I switched to one leg at a time and the 5lbs was a struggle with my right leg.

** I did add 5 pound to last weeks weight on the last three set , a little discomfort but it's a step in the right direction.

I have never had vascularity in my whole life, since starting on True Shred I am seeing veins I have never seen before. If being vascular is one of your goals pick up (2) bottle of this and You Will Not Look The Same when they are empty !!

I am in bed between 8:30 and 9pm I average about 6 hours a day.

Agreed! Definitely will increase vascularity and lean you out running two bottles back to back with a good diet and training program.
 
I average 5-6 hours when I am getting up in the AM as well. Really any time I just fall asleep later if not getting up at 3:45. I have really got to get back on this schedule though. I feel I am just more productive and disciplined when I get it all out of the way in the morning. I tend to follow an eating schedule and everything. I guess I know the number 1 habit I need to pick back up then if that is the case right...
 
My life schedule is pretty set, when to sleep, train and eat, and that's the way I like it.

I am the opposite, I typically don't have a specific routine it is hard for me to follow one for very long and easy to lose if I break one I have developed. Funny considering how I like to plan things. Like getting up in the AM I can do it for years but I stop for even a few days and the likelihood of me getting back into it is pretty low. Routines that do not play off of my natural instincts are just hard for me to maintain and don't ever seem to become habit.

Agreed with this! and I figured those were farm eggs. Can you imagine someone buying eggs from the store and they saw all the different colors haha I grew up with chickens so I'm use to that.
