Every Saturday is my arms-only day! Most visible part of the body, need to get hit hard!

Well i mix it up with a shoulder/cardio day only. :D

20 minut cardio on treadmill 4 miles pr hour

Leg extensions 5 sets 10 reps 80 lbs

Leg extensions 1 leg 5 sets 10 reps 40 lbs

Legpress 5 sets 10 reps 200 lbs

Calf raise 140 lbs 5 sets 10 reps

Lower back 5 sets 12 reps 180 lbs

Biceps curl 5 sets 10 reps 20 - 39 lbs x 2 44 lbs x2 48 lbs x1

20 minuts cardio 4.4 miles pr hour

Warmup 10 minuts treadmill.

Shoulder mobility exercise.

Front raise 3 sets 25 lbs dumbbell.

Front raise cabel 4 sets 12 reps. 25 lbs. I did these for more control...

Side raise 4 sets 12 reps 20 lbs.

Shoulder press 4 sets 12 reps 78 lbs each hand.

Shoulder press front shoulder 4 sets 10 reps 78 lbs

Straight arm pulldown 5 sets 12 reps 80 lbs

Lowerback extensions 4 sets 25 reps 180 lbs

Facepull 4 sets 12 reps light weight 25 lbs

Shrugs 6 sets 10 reps 60 lbs each hand.

CORE

Dual sets!

Situp with a twist. No touchy floor with back! And the second one .hands under ya bum lift your legs up and down with out touching the floor,Dont know the name of it....

Finished with Plank..Almost puked.

Then 30 minuts on the treadmill.

How are you liking and dosing Test E? I recently had to dial back from 600mg per week to 300mg weekly. Stuff was so potent with an AI Total Test > 3000ng/dL. Like triple the top end normal range, for 18 year old.

Standing leg curl 4 sets 10 reps 50 lbs /One legat a time\

Legpress 5 sets 20-15-12-12-10 270 lbs

Calf Raise 6 sets 10 reps 176 lbs

4 sets ab crunch 10 reps

4 sets leg raise ab crunch 10 reps

Plank 30 - 30 -20 secs....

Facepull 10 sets 10-15 reps a set! 44 lbs

Seated row Machine 5 sets 12 reps 88 lbs

Static dumbbell curl 10 sets on each arm. 10-12 reps pr arm 26 lbs concentrated as fuack!

Cabel bicep curl 4 sets 10-15 reps 55 lbs

Plank for me tummi and 20 minuts cardio to get the last drop out of me body !

So today is the only real rest day except from sunday i got...And i must say god damn im busted!

Starting Test E tomorrow with first pin! gonan run 500 a week! Maybe adding something in week 2/3.

Will wait to see how my body reacts to test.

Diet is gonna be pretty simple..Lots of meat veggies and carbs! looking forward to netflix n chill with the misses! On a side note! Got a blood test done..And my test is pretty damn low... I think it is because of the stress and heavy drinking and drugs i did in my life!


One of my friends said! This is gonna be the best thing you will ever do for your body...And he ofc means the healty food and boosting my test to a healthy number!

Yeah! The wifey is glad i finally made the steps to try a test run...Been feeling slugish and depressed
