Lots of protein and fats ... low carbs. Sustanon, tren and test acetate, EQ, Winstrol and a switch up between dbol, anadrol and superdrol

Get blood work on a regular basis and never any issues except high test levels for my age . Cholesterol is always very very good.

Would you post them? I’m 57 and have always been curious what an older lifter, on anabolics, looks like. Also, your testosterone levels are based on TRT usage, right? There aren’t many of us at this age so you are a rare breed.

I have been lifting for almost 40 years now and I’ve had some major issues but I still keep at it. My joints are holding up well because I’ve always taking collagen, etc. but I have had lower back surgery, shoulder surgery, two torn Calves And a small bicep tear. All these injuries are
predominately from powerlifting before I switched to bodybuilding full-time

The reason I love being apart of a few of these forums. Where I am from everyone gives up by 25...by 35 either obese or could be broken in pieces. Very few people in shape. You guys rock! It's nice to see something to shoot for!

It's a term for the older, but dominant gorillas. I couldn't think of any other term for the older guys in the lifting world who are still showing the young guys how to do it right! I love giving the high school kids a run for their money and telling them there's no way an old guy like me should be whooping them like I am, lol. But then I love seeing the guys 10-20-30 years older than me still tearing it up at the gym showing me what I can still become.

Thanks. Been struggling from age 50 to 57, trying to workout through injuries and losing muscle mass anyway. At age 57 did a few cycles of pro hormone dymethazine and made some progress, but injuries led to rotator cuff surgery with multiple tears needed repair, one as old as 1973. After the sling came off, I had lost so much I thought It was over. I switched from weights to all resistance band training, got on TRT, and the wife and I moved to rural New Hampshire for a cleaner lifestyle.

Great to see that there are guys like these still hitting it.

If you are curious about TRT and Entourage Hormones (Entourage Medical a board sponsor), feel free to visit my log as a patient of them or message me. I’d be happy to answer questions or get you in contact with them.

Thanks Kenpo, but I am pleased with my treatment. I am it’s Dr Abraham Morgantaler’s clinic in Boston. His protocol for me is 100 to 120 mg test cyp weekly. No HCG, no AI. Bloodwork every 6 months. This won’t be adjusted as long as I am not symptomatic. He told me that I am a good responder to this. I got to think it’s due to my age. I got on TRT at age 62.

Oh man am I jealous! Morgentaler is one of the giants in TRT! He is the father of estradiol research!

Keep up the good work everyone! I’m 50 and can’t see myself ever stopping weight training. It’s good to be so inspired and a good warning to try and avoid injuries.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm curious to hear from all these older guys who do steroid cycle (I'm not talking about those who are on TRT or blast and cruise) to see how they recover after the cycle/PCT. Would be great to hear the feedback and experience from those who do/did cycles at older age.

why use acetate and sus? Great build man. I would be happy to look that good at 43 let alone 60. The gear sounds pretty good. I am on HRT now with cypionate and will add to in within the year. Deca and eq are most appealing to me. What do some of your cycles look like?

I'm 61 just switched(4th week) from test e 120 mg/wk to a sust blend (Biotech ts-400)which includes 50 mg each of test e and cyp at 120 mg e3rd day.Going to add mast e at 400 mg/week minimally and also considering eq at no more than 300mg/week.Any input from you is greatly appreciated.

EQ is rather interesting as the dosage to many seems to vary. I have heard 300mg is a min then some say unless you are using 500-600mg you are not getting any gains. My first eq run will be 600mg test and 500mmg eq per week

How long are your blasts? also I thought of trying Masteron but i am scared as hell of my hair falling out. Right now i am on my first blast of 300mg per wk sustanon and trt of 200 mg every 10 days ( i know he is a moron but he writes good scripts)

I'm bald Lol so no worries there.I am most concerned about toxicity as well as the synergy with test. Masteron is extremely low almost nonexistent toxins and allows the test to do its job more effectively by freeing it up more readily.Add in the fact that it also has anti estrogen properties is a decent strength gainer and works wonders on a body fat % in single digits.

I blast for 8-12 weeks depending on the ester of Mast I choose. Was considering adding some Eq but have since decided against it as my elbow problems are subsiding and really don't want to mess with Deca at this point.
