I did a test today on a combo of the following:

2 x Caps Performax Slinmax

1 x Cap Black Lion Follidrone 2

2 x Caps Olympus Labs Assass1nate

3 x Caps Evomuse Defuse

2 x Caps White Kidney Bean Extract

2 x Caps Lipomyl

2 x 500mg Liquid Gels L Carnitine

1 x Mega Green Tea Extract Tab

1 Gram Vitamin C

2500 IU Vitamin D3

50 ml of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with 10 grams of Ceylon Cinnamon Mixed with around 100-125 ml of water

Blood Glucose upon waking after 17 hour fast was 2.9 mmol/l or 52 mg/dl

45 mins to an hour later after consuming above supplements it was 3.2 mmol/l or 57 mg/dl * I am confused by this, shouldn't all of the above supplements on an empty stomach after 45-60 minutes have lowered blood sugar or allowed for it to remain the same, no food was consumed only the supps above with water yet it increased.

Did you take them in a fasted state? If so glycolosis in the liver or glycolytic breakdown in the muscles may be the answer. I have experienced similar effects from some gda products.

I know GNO has told you combining extra GDA's with Assass1nate is not worth your time, but you still do it anyways.
I don't see the need to stack SlinMax and Assass1nate especially with Defuse. Your overdoing the amount of products and supplements your taking (thinking more = better) there is a law of diminishing returns .

Assass1nate at 2 caps is all you really need for anything beyond a donut eating challenge. You're body won't metabolize an exorbitant of carbs if you stack multiple GDA's just like overdosing on fat burners doesn't get you shredded any faster. I'd go with one or the other and follow label directions.

Thanks for the feedback, from now on i will just stick to either Assass1nate which i use as a daily fat burner and then alternate it with Recompadrol on jrefeed days, this will make supplements last longer and save on usage, thanks again.

I have cut down on the amount i use overall. and only use defuse + Slin Max when i consume high calories and carbs 2 times per week. the rest of the time, Assassinate is a daily used supp.

Yes taken in a fasted state prior to eating carbs.

Probably the above and triggering gluconeogenesis.

Should have tried a nice big dose of ketones.

Damn! That's a lot of blood sugar supps bro. So yeah, as banjobounce and dsade said, you're body resorted to eating away at your muscle tissue for energy.

Diabetics see this when they go low overnight. Their liver dumps glucose into the blood stream as it senses an unsafe condition. I have had this happen to me twice and could not understand it.

I'm a diabetic, my doctors downloaded data from my cgm to verify this is what happened to me. Sometimes insulin sensitive people see the same thing if carbs are too low before bedtime.

I'm guessing this would cause the urge to urinate as well overnight.???

So basically, you go from too low blood glucose to too high glucose.
Both very undesirable situations, especially as a diabetic.

Yes. There is also something called dawn phenomenon where your blood glucose is really high in the morning, this would be hormone related, the body is a weird machine..

I used to experience symptoms like that from time to time. I would wake up and it was like "my head is buzzing". I still have a higher fasting glucose than if I eat beforehand sometimes.

Morning cortisol spikes will also cause a rise in blood sugar upon waking.

I have cut right back now and perform fasted weights in the AM on carb refeed days then use that to consume carbs without any supps, then i will dose defuse, max 2 servings per day and, max of 4 caps of slin max in combo with Assass1nate but i use them at different times of the day and not all together, using around half as much of the supplements is yielding pretty much the same effects so all has been good.

Will be interested in the new reformulated version of recompadrol to stack with defuse when i run out of my assass1nate and slin max.
