There is something extra special about the grand daughters!
I don't have to worry about my wife. she already knows from our kids the girls get spoiled a little more than the boys from me.
With boys you have to teach them not to be a wuss. (especially these days) !!

Well, y'all enjoy those grandkids. I told all my kid's if anything ever calls me grandpa. They will find out where Jimmy Hoffa is buried. Lol
 
Gym today consisted of some leg and bicep work followed by 25 minutes stationary bike. Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Iso Lateral Leg Press (each leg is independent of the other - weight per side / reps) 135 x 15, 180 x 15, 225 x 12, 270 x 8 / 6 / 6 Lying Leg Curl 50 x 15 / 15 / 12 / 12 / 10
Herculean Cable Curls 55 x 15 / 12 / 10 40 x 15 / 15 / 12 / 12 Smith Machine Drag Curls 90 x 15 / 12 / 12 / 10 And out. Still no weight, maybe Monday

I've always had a thing for older women. Unfortunately, now I'm older than what I used to consider "older".
 
Plus when a girl ask you, how you get that scar on your face, it works out well saying. The Taliban ambushed my convoy in Afghanistan. Lol
 
95% of 15 rep max today. Sooo glad that I only have one more 15 rep workout left!! Finally getting in to the dentist tomorrow, so hopefully that is one less issue that I have to deal with outside of the gym. Still avoiding the scale, so no update on that yet.

Well, dentist says I gotta have 2 wisdom teeth removed. Sounds like a good time to me.

It's been a problem for the last couple of weeks. I've even been considering ditching this run and starting low dose Clomid.

Nah. Just take off from gym for a few days and stay on cycle. Maybe you even grow while resting.

This was my original thought, but I'm not sure of any interaction between Ostarine and anesthesia. I'm assuming none, but planning on doing some research to try and find out for sure.

Can't imagine interaction -but I would cut the daily Heroin and LSD dose by half -just to be sure. :)
 
Actually, I was at the dentist while on LGD and MK-677. All went smooth.
 
It's only one beer. Besides, it helps with my toothache

I'm supposed to be cutting with the Ostarine, but that's not working out too well for me. Almost afraid of what's gonna happen with the LGD

I will say that the Ostarine is worth it just for the joint issues. I've been thinking about doing a little trail running, just to see how it goes.
