LH, FSH and test blods. Help please!

I just Got tested my hormones at my doc Because I dont Feel good and havent in years and i am not satisfied with my test but my doc says it is in normal range.

FSH is at 7.0 int.enh./l
LH at 4.1 int.enh./l
Test at 15 nmol/l

I Eat clean currently cutting with my Marco at protein 50%
Fat 30%
Carbs 20%

I am 24 years Old and havent taken drugs alcohol or steroids for years.
My Weight is at 80kg and body fat is About 12%

Sleep 8-9 hours Every day
Train 5-6 days a Week

Still i Feel tired, Brain fog a Lot og the time mood swings and so on.
So for the big question do you guys Think my hormon levels can be my problem? Or Should i go look for other resasons? To be honest i Feel like i have tried Everything.

15nmol/l is around 430ng/dl, which is relatively low for your age. I think you should’ve gotten more things tested such as thyroid, prolactin, estrogen, etc.

Okay thanks i Will need to look into that. So you dont Think There can be a conclution until i get these things tested?

I think more bloodwork would be better to help rule out any hormonal imbalances. The best thing you can do in the meantime is have good nutrition (enough healthy fats, avoiding alcohol, avoiding excessive sugars, not overeating/undereating) as well with good training and sleep.

Okay i Will get some more blodworks then. I am doing all the things you mentioned but maby i am undereating i Eat About 2000 kcal per day and I am bearly losing any Weight maby i Should up my kcal by 100 per Week and and get my metabolism up?

You could try upping the calories a bit, but I’m not sure whether or not it’ll help for sure

"I am 24 years Old and havent taken drugs alcohol or steroids for years."

Can you elaborate here? Just how old were you when you took steroids and what where they?

It was Before i was 18 i did not Know what i was doing so no pct and no cycle support i ran some testosteron pills and Another cycle of some sord of oxy which really made me big in no time i Know it was stupid as fu.. then besides that i have been addicted to A LOT of drugs between the age 16-22 and alcohol too in the same time as the drugs.

Now i have talked with my doc and he refused to take more bloods test to check my others hormones. So i Will need to get them taken somewhere Else Where Will you guys recomend to get that done? I dont want to waste money to some frode Company. Thanks

Can you post the reference range for these.

Also what’s your free test and SHBG at? Those are the most important because you can have high or low LH and or low total T and your free test can totally opposite what you think it would be for high test or low test. Etc.

If possible get Free Test and SHBG checked.

On top of what chuck said. It is always a good idea to get a comprehensive metabolic panel, thyroid as well.

Okay but Where can i get these things tested when my doc refused to do it? I can find plases but how can i Know if I can trust them? Where do you guys get it done? And thanks for the answers!

FSH 1.2-15.8

Considering you are fatigued, I would be surprised if they wouldn't.

You could also ask them to see if you are having apnea.

I mean that my doc refuses to check more of my hormones Than he already have. I defently have some fatigued related symptoms but no matter what i do to have a Better lifestyle and how long i keep doing all these things it dosent get Better. Thats what Lead me to look into my hormones. Can you give me a reliaberly source to Where i can get my hormones checked?

Apnea is a sleep study.

Comp. Metabolic are tests for how your system is functioning. My guess is they did this test. If not, New doctor.

Have you been checked for apnea?

If not, it would be a good thing to rule out with your physician, before you assume hormonal you should rule out other possible causes (even diet).

Find a new doctor if yours won’t order you proper bloodwork. Ordering it yourself online is pretty expensive if you’re getting prolactin, thyroid, shbg, etc.

I am skeptik that it would Help. My doc called a hormone specialist Because I was pushing him to do more blood work on me and the specialist was surtent that Nothing was Wrong with me and he based that on only the 3 tests they have done and told me as long i was in normal range with these 3 test nobody in Denmark would Help me. Its like doctors here in Denmark close There eyes when it comes to hormones
