JBlazeGirlie's Fashionably Late Powerfull/C2/cAMP Log!

Nice job on the log JBlazeGirlie! Ill have to pick up some some Powerfull and cAMP for my girl as well...she's been awfully stressed out at work and has had trouble sleeping too. This seems like exactly what she is looking for.

BV

That will definitely make her feel more refreshed and hopefully things will work out better at work too.

Day 25:

Wow I can't believe I have already been on these supplements for 25 days! It has been amazing. On day 23, JB introduced me to drop-set squats. Because of this, on day 24 I had to skip my workout from being too sore which has now put me one day behind on my routine. :frustrate I can't believe I am saying this but I am finally sick of my chicken salads for dinner. I have switched my dinners to canned chicken with fat free mozzerella cheese melted on top.

Tomorrow is Friday and I will be at work most of the day and then with JB and his little brother for the weekend. I still need furniture for my bedroom after moving and we are going to look for dressers. Look for an update on Monday.

:( I see how it is, I guess I am chopped liver huh :( Dont make FnF cast a spell on you!!!!!!!!! My last victim has a booty the size of Utah!!! :jaw: Let me go get my potions in order ;)

Day 32:

I know it has been a week since I last updated but my computer caught a virus and I was without internet. I have also completed decorating my bedroom, which I mentioned in Day 25.

I have continued to have the same great effects on all three of the supplements. I am still feeling energized throughout my day. I have been getting a little less sleep lately, and still feeling refreshed with the cAMP. I usually get about 6-7 hours and unfortunately the past few nights I have only been sleeping like 5 hours due to a toothache.

Due to my toothache I have also had to change what I eat. I am now eating soft foods such as jello for snacks and the chicken and melted cheese for dinner. My workouts have also suffered because of this toothache; I am unable to do my daily cardio, which consists of outside running. Whenever I breathe in, I can feel the air hit my tooth and instantly a throbbing pain begins. Every thing will be back to normal after I visit the dentist on Saturday.

Since day 25 I have managed to lose another 2 pounds! JB told me that this is the best I have ever looked. He is impressed with the increased gap between my thighs (meaning my thighs do not touch when I stand or walk); he find that extremely sexy.

I can not wait to see how the rest of this cycle is going to turn out. I promise to update more frequently. Until next time!

Great progress...Better than your sap of a BF that's for sure. But seriously don't worry about the lack of updates, it really gets hard. You are still keeping a neat organized log, and that's the point. Plus, women logs are always appreciated as that side of the industry is often overlooked. Keep it up

Day 38:

Well I have been super busy since the last time I posted. I went to the dentist on Saturday and unfortunately I have to wait to get my rootcanal (not looking forward to that). I have also been busy helping JB. I am so glad that I have the C2 and Powerfull, it gives me the extra energy that I need to carry all of his stuff up a flight of stairs. Since I have also started on this cycle my strength has also increased, which is also great for moving.

Unfortunately with my busy schedule I am unable to workout as frequently and my diet has also strayed. After I get my tooth fixed and JB all settled in, I should be able to carry out my cycle as I hoped.

Why don't you just let JB move that crap himself??

Oh, yeah - he doesn't workout legs.
I guess he really needs your help.

Hey guys,
The other day me and JBlazeGirlie were carrying a couch up the stairs when this fatf*ck in a button-up Dragon Ball Z shirt decided he wanted to start walking down. Basically we got stuck standing in the middle of the stairs waiting for him to pass. As he was trying to squeeze by Megan his belly hit the couch pressing her hand into the side rail and almost causing her to drop the couch. Eitherway, as she tried to regain her grip on the couch she seriously tweaked her back.

After laying down for about 10 minutes and popping a couple advil she seemed like she was going to be ok and even continued to help me carry more stuff into our apartment. However, the next morning she wasn't even able to get out of bed. I've been having her do several things to help her back but she hasn't improved at all in the past 2 days. I've made an appointment to take her into the doctor on Monday morning. Hopefully its nothing serious, I will keep everyone updated.

Ouch.
I wish her well. Best thing is to see what the doc. says.

I'll tell Ubi to stop doing that sort of stuff. :icon_lol:

Sounds like a strain or pull. Ice it for the first few days and then after that begin to heat it. Anti-inflammatory's are a must here. Ibuprofen will work really well here. I would say take them every 4-6 hours.

We already have a planin the workd for that. Have to make sure there's no flaws in the plan. Like mentioning it on a forum to have it traced back to us.

Ah man, thats horrible. Some people are just plain morons. Who in the right mind (with half a brain) would do that? I'd have the hardest time not kicking the guys ass next time I saw him (don't of course).

I'm trying to imagine what exactly it would have loooked like, and from what I can come up with it sounds similar to a strain I had on my back doing something dumb the day after I was htting a PR on a deadlift, which made my back super-weak at the time. I picked something up and my back didn't like the movement. and it felt bad, but bearable. The next morning I could hardly move and heardly breath. It took about a week and a half to feel considerably better, but in the end it was nothing serious...just a small strain.

I'm sure its nothing serious and she'll be fine. She'll probably feel quite a bit better by the time of her appointment even.

Best of luck to her! Tell her Gimpy sends hugs and kisses for faster healing :D

Sorry to hear this bro, tell her I wish her nothing but the best man. :D

The best thing for her do to is to continue to stretch it out so the muslces dont tighten up. I just got dealing with the same sh1t.

And I already told you what I would have done to Mr Dragon Ball Z. :)

It's ok, I told Dragon Ball Z - aka Ubi - to stop getting his fat ass in the way of people moving.

Wishing her a speedy recovery.

I hope she feels better!!

I had something similar happen to me yesterday- I play semi-pro football, and I was returning a punt- I saw a seam and I went for it full-speed- long story short, the hole closed and I tried to jump over both tacklers- I ALMOST made it :( I caught a helmet on the thigh and ended up doing a somersault- I landed on my back- Needless to say- I could barely move this morning:(

Damn D, sorry to hear man. I hope you're okay and are able to get back on the field soon.

Thanks bud!! I am going to try and run a few routes today and maybe lift weights- Alleve and Cissus-Rx help a lot- I really wonder what athletes did before they had access to good OTC pain-meds- hopefully they will say the same thing about the Cissus some day!!

Hey guys we're back from the hospital and it looks like shes got a lumbar strain. Apparently she ripped a bunch of ligaments from their attachments, but it sounds a bit more serious than it is. The doc put her on vicadin and told her she needs to see a chiropractor ASAP.

I asked the doctor if something like cissus would be useful and he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. Do you guys think that cissus would be beneficial here?

I say do a cissus log on back injuries!!!

Hopefully she feels better man. I know from experience how severe those back injuries can be. Make sure you wait in her hand and foot while she's laid up!

Damn, Im really sorry to hear that. Back injuries are not something to mess around with. If not taken care of, they can present problems for the rest of yoru life.

I used cissus during a recent back injury and it seemed to help somewhat. It was alot easier for me to loosen up the muscles in my back when doing stretches and my physical therapy. Definitely wouldnt hurt to throw it in there.

Short answer, yes!!

Don't know about the cissus but she should take it slow with her back. It's easy to overestimate how quickly one has recovered with a back injury.
