I'll allow it. I had a good margarita today. Instead of having salt around the rim, it had what they called "salt air" which was a salty foam on top. It was kind of cool.

Had a nice back day that was a little on the shorter side. The drop sets and rest-pause stuff made it pack a harder punch, though. I had a nice day. I almost never do deadlifts because of my ganky back, but today I went a little heavier and felt great.

Pretty low key. We went the local wine and beer store and I drank some beers (Jennifer can't), then went to DC and visited my favorite museum. Then we ate that Mexican restaurant and headed home after. Me working out and then having to buy a new car battery, bring it back, and install it ate more of the day than I was hoping. We went Sunday to DC again, picked up my mother in law and then went to the National Museum of American History. We ate at my wife and my favorite restaurant, Zaytinya. I bought some DC-related children's books to read to my eventual kid. I want my kid to know about the place we called home for a while.
 
Alright. I won't be working out today due to packing the apartment (which I suppose is a sort of workout). It is worth noting that I started Ostarine at 20mg per day and S-23 at 25mg per day yesterday. I will be taking them as a bridge to my superdrol run, which will be late January. As such, this SARM bridge will probably be 4-5 weeks. I am pretty much cutting during this first stretch so I don't expect massive changes, but wanted to use these SARMs that I... I'll say accidentally ended up with. When the SD cycle begins, I will be bulking. I have tons of support supps and both Clomid and Nolva for PCT. I wouldn't normally run both but I've read a lot about how harsh SD is and I want to be safe. I am using Dermacrine as a test base during the SARMs run (started it four days ago and then talked myself into using the SARMs). 4-Andro and Epi-Andro during the SD run. After this, I may not use SARMs or PHs again (or maybe will just stick to SARMs), but I wanted to experiment a bit and see what these compounds can do.

Other than that, nothing new. I will be leaving for FL Friday after work, staying in a hotel in Fayetteville, and completing the drive to Jax Saturday. Then I am going straight to my dad's house in Citrus Springs and staying the night there. Sunday, I will be driving back to Jax and hopefully I can sneak off to the gym. If not, I'm at least doing some kind of bodyweight routine. Monday, the gym is closed for Christmas. I freaking HATE not being able to go to the gym. Especially for what might be like 4 days in a row. Dang. I will definitely make up for it next week as I have the entire week off. I will probably be in there every day.

How's the Osta treating you? And how's Georgia so far?

I took Osta for a month at 20mg per day. I have been eating like crap because so much stuff is still in boxes, so this has turned into a bulk (and that isn't what Osta is for). I have seen increased strength and I think my shoulders are looking better. I'm looking forward to when we finally have everything unpacked and things are normal again. I am back int he gym 5 days per week, so that is nice. I also signed up for a 10k in July so that is going to be crazy preparing for that.

And we haven't really done anything here, but I do like it so far. It feels more like home because of the Southern atmosphere. We will do stuff soon, I'm sure, but things are still hectic for us.

So this is fun. I got a new phone and my workout log app apparently wasn't making auto-backups like I thought it was... so I lost all of my workouts for the last 1.5 years. Woo hoo!

Today was a chest/delts/ biceps day. It was nice. I still don't have my PC set up. Some insurance people are coming to look at my computer desk that the movers broke on Tuesday. I'm hoping they either fix it or pay me to buy a new one. Then, I will set up the PC so I can start getting on here regularly again.

Had a decent day in the gym. My lower back has been tweaked for about three days now so since today was a back day, I tightened my back brace and did the whole day with it on. It actually worked pretty well. I'm hoping that it goes back to normal soon, though.

Make sure you take enough time off for your back to heal. Back and shoulder problems have a way of coming back to haunt you when you get old
 
My back was tender so I kept it simple and pretty lightweight. I got a decent workout and made it out without adding any pain. All in all, a win-win.

I had trouble sleeping and had a cold for 3-4 days. I worked out through it, but for some reason, I just really wasn't feeling that leg day. After the leg press, I bailed and repped out on the lying leg curls. I have been hitting legs twice per week, so I felt a little bit better on wimping out.
 
Hope it's nothing serious. You gotta find the good hiking spots so I can invite myself out for a few days.

Really good day in the gym. I even used the 105s. I never saw this coming with this much of an incline. I actually felt like I could have done the 110s, but at that point, I was 5 sets deep and I had the rest of my workout to go.
