I was never going to take any test supplement, but I guess you are right, I will take some bcaas and a pre though, but would it be ok to still take something like Oxymax, I am at a level of brown fat where now matter how much I diet I can't quite get it off, thanks for the advice, but I know multiple people are under the assumption I looked for a test booster, the thread was mostly for curiousity of opinion, but I see how you are right.

Most likely because you are "Skinny Fat" From lacking muscle mass. If you were to diet down you would probably look like a skeleton. Take advantage of your youth, add size and strength and establish a base to make sure you can diet down and show off your hard work.
stick to the basics. For most people they don't need BCAA's because they already meet their protein intake from food. Adding in a BCAA won't merit and difference unless it has a lot of performance/endurance based ingredients like Peak02, Electrolytes etc..

Now I could be wrong on the skinnyfat comment, but none of us have seen pictures, but that is just a general assumption. Most people want to diet down but don't have the size/strength to actually diet down. They are left with a skinny fat look because they have not filled out their frame.

Sounds like you over spent. At 19 I would take my initial post and apply it to yourself as well. Why would you buy all of these and try to stack them all when you should run them solo first and foremost to see how you respond to them?

What makes you think that buying all of these will instantly turn into success and progress? It won't. Your diet and training do over 95% of the hard work.

Start here:

Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

I have a lot of testo naturally, so I can handle training frequenzy. Please hit me up and help me out ! Any one ! :)

VO2Maxima has some great routines above. Also check the links I posted. Lyle's Generic Bulking Routine (upper/lower) is fantastic.

I dont train legs much often.... so no max, but during my set it was 140kg for about 10 reps. And since my legs arent my best parts, I cant dead much. My best was 180 or 190 for 10 reps. That set was one of the most insane haha. Started bleeding and stuff

How long have you ran ep1logue solo? I doubt you ran it for 8 weeks when you have x gels, FD 2.0 and everything else under the sun.

Again at 19 to invest in all of that is highly unneeded yet people don’t understand there is a law of diminishing returns. You can’t just buy everything and expect to stack and work miracles . It doesn’t work that way

You can’t replace a good diet and progressive overload with a proper training routine especially at such a young age where your testosterone and metabolism are at their peaks

If you took that several hundred dollars you spent on pills and put it towards food I bet you results would be better with focusing on the essentials.

I disagree. There is no reason you can't utilize supplements. Just avoid any that effect the hpta.
So test boosters probably hold off. Your natural test is likely plenty high.
Anything that could be suppressive. So nothing that binds to androgen receptors. No prohormones etc.
But you for sure can use Follidrone 2.0, creatine, pre workout products, bcaas, protein powders and staples like fish oils, a muti vitamin etc.
If you wanted to be adventurous you can use aromatase inhibition supps and fat burners.
Because if anything they will increase test levels.
Plus....You would be surprised...these days many young guys have low test and high estro.
This is likely due to all the environmental estrogens. Hence all the spaghetti armed skinny jeaned young men we see. So, if your diet is good, you train hard, do cardio and still seem to carry excess body fat try something like Letrone. Or the milder exotherm which is a light antiestrogen and strong fat burner.
At any rate I think as long as you avoid thing that will effect development you can supplement.

I've worked with dozens of guys to get their hpta back on track. More than a few have never used any aas,ds, or on. They were late teens or 20s with high estro and low t. Disclosed via labs. Only 1 complained of low libido. All had trouble losing body fat. One had gyno present.
Some seriously weird **** in our water, food and environment.
Only a blood test would tell us for sure.
Either way as long as he avoids hpta suppressive supps he's good.

Bob, this generation of kids don't listen....just buy 10 different random supplements, jam them in your mouth and somehow you'll end up like Kai Greene lol. None of them have a base....none of them have a base to fall back on when these "magic beans" don't provide what they are looking for.

At 18, I was in the gym 6 days a week doing compound exercises, going home to eat and eat a lot, sleep, study ideas/theory's/etc. on the old forums...repeat. It was only after 9yrs of ball breaking hard work that I decided to incorporate "supplements". These guys do not want to put in the hard work...it's munch munch munch pills, etc. The guy your helping is all over the spectrum...even throws in MK-677 to boot.
I mean if you want to do supplements...creatine, multi-vitamin & fish oil. No need at all for that medicine cabinet worth of stuff.

When I was 16 there were multi vitamins and Protein powder you had to hold your nose to get it down. I grew like a weed at that age with moms cooking. Oh the good old days.

Go find a lot of people who have low test and ask them how their sex drive is. Almost 99% of them will tell you it’s low or non existent . That comes with low test

At 18 years old if his libido and sec drive are high it’s very likely he is far from low test.

I've wondered about this myself. We have always been told that low test = low sex drive. However, I know I've also seen studies that show low test doesn't really effect sex drive. But low test can cause depression which can effect sex drive, so who knows.

High test is NOT at all the only thing that effects libido. By a long shot.
I can have a test level of 6500ng/dl and have low libido if estrogen is out of whack or prolactin is out of whack.
And again I know of lots of guys with an estrogen imbalance where test is low and estrogen is high. Sometimes, like the OP gyno is present as well.
Ive seen examples where libido was fine but there were other symptoms like breast tissue, high bodyfat retention, depression or other psych issues.
There is a solution.

Its not just men either unfortunately.

One of our employees, a female, had ultra high estrogen and low test.
High % of bodyfat
Mood swings and other psych issues
cervical tumors and other things related to elevated estrogen.

Shes been on Letrone for 6 months now.

I'm considered low in T 273 last physical. My sex life is excellent. I let that slip when my Dr. was asking me questions. He won't put me on TRT because he doesn't think it is effecting anything.
The rest of my numbers are normal.

Next year I might tell him my sex life sucks and maybe he will put me on TRT. (Problem with this is my wife and I have the same Dr.) I'm sure he asks her the same questions. also my wife is quite a few years younger than me. Daddy has to come through or she might kick me to the curb or start banging some of the young guns at our gym that eye fu ck her! lol

Right now I still maintain muscle mass and don't know if I'm ready to commit to that for the rest of my life. (I know my day is coming but I might wait until it is effecting me in someway).

Ive been on HRT for a decade. My free test was 7..... MY girlfriends is probably higher. Total was 305.
Ive also seen a dr who told me testosterone wasnt really important for anything and there was no need to continue HRT.
I discontinued seeing him because if hes that ignorant about that hes likely that ignorant about many other medical things.

At your age and test level HRT is a no brainer. And I promise you....get that level up to the high norm. Like 1000ish and youll be vastly stronger, build muscle faster, recover faster, feel better overall etc etc etc.

Might even consider an online TRT outlet.

Like we talked about previously there are alot of things in todays overall environment that contribute to the lower test levels and elevated estrogen we see in many of todays men.

What if like so many others its already too late and your hormones are all whacked out?

Lets see if we can fix this right?

ok so the first thing we want to do is assess what in our environment is causing the problems.
Start by going through your med cabinet, your shower etc and getting rid of things that are not natural. Deoderants, toothpaste, shampoos etc.
Go full granola/treehugger and get only natural products. These days there are viable alternatives and freqently, in my experience, these products are even better than their unhealthy counterparts. I can make some suggestions if needed.

2. DO NOT drink tap water. Most towns have places you can go and get really good water for about 1.50 -2$ a gall.
I do filtered, restructured, mineralized, alkaline water. I wont even give our dog tap water.
You can also get filteration machines but unless they are really solid (expensive) they wont get flouride and other toxins out. These are also cancer causing agents.

3.Look at what your eating. I buy only wild caught fish, only organic, grass fed etc. Also watch packaging. Think all those plastics are safe? think again.
Even stuff you take out food in can be bad. Be ultra anal about these things. At first itll be a pain but eventually itll be second nature.
Only eat organic veggies or grow your own.

So in summation.

Become aware. See what the causes are of all these xenoestrogens in our lives and get them out of yours.
Employ a SERM and an AI.
and a test booster if you like (without any antiandrogens which we sometimes see in PCT products) "test boosters" are not always what they seem to be and keep in mind that if your not blocking estrogen and preventing aromatase from working then raising test will concurrently raise estrogen.
Elevated estrogen will cause test levels to plummet. This is, of course why people are having the problme in the first place (xenoestrogens)/high estrogen. So you cant just take a test booster and call it a day. You have to work at blocking and lowering estrogen first and then a test booster (certain ones) can be employed. But frankly you dont even need one.

What if like so many others its already too late and your hormones are all whacked out?

Lets see if we can fix this right?

ok so the first thing we want to do is assess what in our environment is causing the problems.
Start by going through your med cabinet, your shower etc and getting rid of things that are not natural. Deoderants, toothpaste, shampoos etc.
Go full granola/treehugger and get only natural products. These days there are viable alternatives and freqently, in my experience, these products are even better than their unhealthy counterparts. I can make some suggestions if needed.

2. DO NOT drink tap water. Most towns have places you can go and get really good water for about 1.50 -2$ a gall.
I do filtered, restructured, mineralized, alkaline water. I wont even give our dog tap water.
You can also get filteration machines but unless they are really solid (expensive) they wont get flouride and other toxins out. These are also cancer causing agents.

3.Look at what your eating. I buy only wild caught fish, only organic, grass fed etc. Also watch packaging. Think all those plastics are safe? think again.
Even stuff you take out food in can be bad. Be ultra anal about these things. At first itll be a pain but eventually itll be second nature.
Only eat organic veggies or grow your own.

4. Soy. Just no. Ever.

Are you getting the point? I can continue with these if you guys like. But, for the sake of brevity.

Now lets look at how to fix whats broken.

Well start by blocking estrogen at the receptor. We employ SERMS for this. REBIRTH is our SERM. Invalid Link Removed
This binds to the estrogen receptors and prevents endogenous and exogenous estrogens from binding. This is step 1.
SERMS also tend to raise LH(leutininzing hormone) which is the signal from the brain to the balls to make more test.

In males estrogen is made primarily via enzymatic conversion.

Testosterone> aromatase= estrogen.
The second step is to stop this conversion. We do this by using an aromatase inhibitor (AI)

Letrone is a plant based AI. The plant has within it an AI with 98% inhibition. Similar to Exemestane in strength.
Nothing I know of on the OTC market is as strong.

Now, because estrogen is made from testosterone, when the brain begins to sense estrogen is rapidly dropping it will through a negative feedback loop send the LH signal to the balls so that more test can be made which will then be converted to estrogen via aromatase but....alas we are preventing this so test rises and rises as estro continues to plummet.

SERM= REBIRTH
AI= LETRONE
And it doesnt hurt to increase the percentage of Free test available. VIRON

increases test levels yes and will help levels rise but most important is it will decrease SHBG an raise free test levels. This will leave you feeling better faster.

So in summation.

Become aware. See what the causes are of all these xenoestrogens in our lives and get them out of yours.
Employ a SERM and an AI.
and a test booster if you like (without any antiandrogens which we sometimes see in PCT products) "test boosters" are not always what they seem to be and keep in mind that if your not blocking estrogen and preventing aromatase from working then raising test will concurrently raise estrogen.
Elevated estrogen will cause test levels to plummet. This is, of course why people are having the problme in the first place (xenoestrogens)/high estrogen. So you cant just take a test booster and call it a day. You have to work at blocking and lowering estrogen first and then a test booster (certain ones) can be employed. But frankly you dont even need one.
