I've always had great success with appetite suppression using the EC stack or Oxymax. Both are stimmed options, but I think that the stimulants are what really helps control hunger. Oxymax contains Eria Jarensis, which is a stimulant that helps boost mood and focus as well as suppress hunger.

Epitome works well for a non stim option. First few days it makes me hungrier, then it levels out and suppresses it.

For stim OxyMax and Radiate both work great for me. OxyMax is more of a euphoric feeling on the stim side.

Radiate is my go to but had Y and I recently really enjoyed the appetite suppression of Veinquish by Vein Nutrition which is non stim. I think all the loggers here enjoyed the appetite suppression of it.

Radiate is amazing for appetite but obviously a stimulant. I had many people try it out and they said they have to force food. You need to take first dose on empty stomach though for it to work well due to the Alpha-Y.

Shift always seems to works best for appetite suppression coming from someone who has had no luck in that department.

What they said... Radiate :)
I am thinking of giving the radiate a go I wish I would of jumped on that black Friday sale... the yohimbine doesn't usually set well with me but them sample I got gave me a different opinion of it so guess it could of been the type it was it quality I dunno...

Oxymax XT is great. I am a pretty hunger person all of the time, but I have used Oxymax XT for a quick pick me up since it gives me great energy and a euphoric feeling. When I have done that,, I have forgotten to eat breakfast because it crushes my appetite, with just a single pill.

Also, I know you said you're not a fan of yohimbine, but have you tried Alpha-Y? It provides the same benefits as Y, but without the nasty side effects. That would be worth a shot. TA2-Max would be a solid option.

Non supplement wise, water helps. When you feel that hunger kicking in, just drink a bunch of water at once. Also, eat a lot of green, leafy, and fiberous veggies. Those will definitely fill you up and curb hunger. Choose foods that are low in calories that you can eat a lot of that will help fill you up as well. Leaner protein options would help.

Lastly, identify when you are most hungry. Some people are more hungry at night or in the morning, so why not load your calories for the time of day of when you are most hungry?

I was looking up ta2-max and it says it's discontinued or unavailable one a few of the sites I looked at?
