Getting Ripped With Team Juggernaut!

Really liking the look of your workout plans. I’m a big fan of hitting things multiple times a week, especially in a cut
 
Nothing crazy today, just a 45 min walk. Back and chest again tomorrow and some golf! 55 degrees in december
 
Haha so you guys should be expecting that. 55 in Iowa on December is pretty unheard of
 
Got busy yesterday so forgot to update! Had a good chest/back/shoulder workout yesterday capped off by some stair climber. Today was arms and elliptical. Haven’t had a dedicated arm day in a while and can certainly see my vascularity increasing a ton since I started. Still at 199 but that’s a good indication my bf% is dropping while staying same weight. Went on a nice long walk with my daughter after the gym and heading to Disney on ice with her tonight. Her minds gonna be blown. Played some golf yesterday afternoon and went to the Iowa Illinois wrestling meet last night, full couple days!
 
Off day today, back at it tomorrow. I really wish they updated the plans sooner. I’m a planner (a bit ocd) so hate not knowing what my workout is til I wake up.

I’m a planner too but I always try to schedule Monday off since I travel. I just shuffle the workouts to whatever days I want within the week. I don’t think I’ve left them as they showed up one time yet ha

Edit: soon as I typed this I opened the app and realized I have my schedule for the next two weeks this time haha
 
Hmm, mine updated two weeks too but they’re the exact same workouts, wonder if a mistake or trying two weeks at a time. I like the layout so not complaining haha
 
Had a great back/calf workout today. A ton of exercises for back, and hitting it again later this week. Feeling really good, seeing some definite changes in arm size, chest and a reduction in waist so far. Pics don’t do it as much justice as what I’m seeing but definitely pleased. Pushing myself more than I have in some time and my motivation is through the roof.

One thing I can say for sure is that jus the knowledge of having a coach and a group watching (you guys here) is SUPER motivating... I never struggle to get in the gym since I love it, but man, I feel like I have a renewed level when I get there.

Today was chest/shoulders and hammies. Not as much cardio this week but 6 days of weights, pretty intense workouts as well so not too worried about that. Workouts have been about an hour a piece so far this week which is certainly up from last weeks (not counting the cardio that came after) Some interesting splits and hitting everything twice again this week. Tomorrowis quads, tris and bis, anticipating quite the pump tomorrow.
 
Today was a good quad/arms day. Freaking arms were pumped up after this one. Pretty forward exercises but I like the high volume for arms, really felt good. Saw Justice League last night finally, not terrible but man the CGI was laughably bad at some points and really took me out of it.
 
Today was a semi off day, some abs and cardio. Big day hitting lots of stuff tomorrow. First time ever in fantasy playoffs and kamara gets hurt in the first quarter. Freaking kidding me
 
Woke up at 5 on my own this morning so took advantage with an even earlier than usual workout. Hit a lot today, back, chest hammies and calves. Felt good hitting them up again for a second time and just feeling good in general. Running hand held camera for a basketball game tonight so some extra work, haha. Gonna get an early workout in tomorrow morning before our extended family Christmas and then a tacky holiday sweater. Gonna kill the arms again tomorrow.

Woke up nice and early on a Saturday and got in a good workout! Arms, shoulders and quads got wrecked this morning. Motivation is through the roof, I worked from 8am til 10pm last night and still made it a point to wake up early to get that in
 
Back and calves today, absolutely destroyed my back today it was great. Really pushed it to up weight on exercises today, and at high volumes I was toast afterwards. A good toast. Feeling good! I have 5 days of lifting this week, and can't this weekend so will be hitting it hard 5 days in a row, should be a fun week.

hitting the same workout myself this evening... hated the exercise choice last week so hopefully this week I like it better haha

definitely seems like you're having the best results (visually at least) of the group! did you get any diet changes this week (i might have missed that)?

I’ve only had one update to the original diet. I️ think he’s cool with it since my weight has stayed the same while seeing some changes. It’s super basic so I’ve been substituting foods and such but keeping to the macros/timing as much as possible. Was doing IF before this

Yeah there’s no reason to change if the results are there.
 
Another good workout here, quads and arms with some stair climber. Arms were quite full today! Feeling good. Also excited as I'm back in the rep game! Stoked to be helping out BLR, a big fan of the products so pretty pumped.
 
Had some Chest/back/ham/calves and cardio today. Opted to go over lunch since I was up late watching the new Star Wars last night. Picked up the pace for this workout and really pushed it, was good! Working a basketball tourney tomorrow morning/afternoon, so gonna bite the bullet and wake up early on a Saturday to get a workout in.
 
I liked it a lot! Some surprises for sure. A bit of the humor was a bit much but overall really enjoyed it

Was too busy yesterday to update, was a doozy! Woke up at 530 to hit arms shoulders and quads. Blasted those, then ran camera for a b-ball tourney for 5 straight hours. 3 of them with the handheld on my shoulder. Definitely worn out after all that and today is a needed off day. Excited to see what this weeks workouts bring, going out of town Friday morning through sat afternoon so will be getting workouts in Mon-Friday. Weight still right at 200. Needing a belt for my 32’s now so something is working!

Today was back and chest with a shoulder exercise thrown in for good measure, less reps than last few weeks so pushed more weight. Looks like body parts are getting hit twice a week again. Also looking forward, looks like a good deal of supersets in my near future.

Sounds like the exactly what I got. Although mine was changed do to me requesting it since I've lost strenght since starting. Interesting yours changed to.

Been waking up at 5am on my own lately, so took advantage and hit up the gym early today. Nice chest/back/shoulder workout. Liking the lower reps here, really pushing myself on those and certainly noticing changes, both in strength and body comp. Weight still hanging around 200.
 
Had a good few days off with the holidays and some good workouts past two days. Same as last week but I dig em so that’s cool. Ton of legs today. Funny thing to note, got a message from Carl and it just says “check in 8” So must have had an error on their automated system, lol.

Busy with the holidays again! Haven’t gotten any updates for this week at all yet. Ran a test and haven’t updated pics or a workout yet (pics two weeks in a row) and haven’t heard a peep. That coupled with all of our workouts being the same the past few weeks it kinda seems like things are on autopilot here
