Day 2 of the "Shock week" was back day. It was a little of the short side, but it felt really good. I got a nice stretch in my back from the different exercises. A rest pause even made an appearance.

I appreciate that. The last thing I heard was two days ago. He was up to 15 baby steps and could move his left arm down to this elbow. He also was gaining use of his pointer finger and thumb. It is supposedly good progress. My wife and I are going down to FL for her company's Christmas party (they bought us plane tickets). We are going to rent a car and drive down to Gainesville to surprise him. I am coordinating that with my stepmom. There is no reason that we would be in FL so this should be a total surprise.

And since we will be moving to Atlanta in early January, we will be able to go down more often than twice per year. I'm excited about that as this experience with my dad has been a bit sobering.

What I have in bicep strength, I lack in chest strength. Haha. I felt like I lost a lot of strength during my year-long cut/maintenance phase, but my biceps seem to be unaffected mostly. The bulk will be on soon...

Can't evaluate my chest strength. Not doing any bench presses (shoulder). No competition here -but biceps, lets see -curling with the back to a wall could give an insight. *sadistic laughter*

You'll have to pry them from my cold, dead hands. I'm going to be buried with them.

And the "moving in a month" and "pregnant wife" combo has been super-effective at ruining my schedule and routine. I'm hanging in there, but I'm not really going to be back in the swing of things until February, when I'll have moved and had a month at the new job. Until then, I will just try to eat right, get to the gym regularly, and post on here as I get opportunities. My wife is never overjoyed about me sitting on the computer after getting home late after work and working out, and the nausea/pregnancy symptoms have only exacerbated that. Plus throw in the random trips to the store to get things for her. I'm not complaining, though. She by far has the worst part in this process. I wouldn't trade places!

This also has me wondering if I should move my bulk back to February. I think I'm going to keep it January, because I will live less than 10 minutes from work and I will have a gym about 5 minutes away. I should be able to hit the gym 5 or 6 days per week with little issue. We will begin house searching at some point (which will be much further from work than this apartment), but I should still be able to work out in the morning and do whatever exploring we need to do after that. Yeah, I'll keep it starting early January.

Today is a rest day, but I had to share something I discovered today. My favorite soda of all time is Holiday Spice Pepsi, a limited edition Pepsi that was released between Thanksgiving and Christmas for four years or so... around a decade ago. They never brought it back, which sucks. However, today, I ate at a place that has one of those fancy Coke machines where you can pick one of 100 sodas. On the right side of the screen, they had a "Holiday Mix" option. When you click that, you can pick North Pole Magic Coke, which is AMAZING. I looked it up and it was a mix of vanilla root beer, cherry coke, and vanilla coke.

Also, we had one of the two movers we're interested in come and quote us for the move. It's right under $5,000. MANNNNNNNN. Merry Christmas to me!
 
My package came in from (won't name due to sourcing rules) that was supposed to have my Superdrol... and it had Ostarine in it instead. I am very annoyed and have reached out to the company to fix this issue. Good thing the bulk isn't for another month because I'd be furious since I originally put in the order on Black Friday, had the order never get processed and had to put ANOTHER order in last week.

I pretty much just switched to Leg Extensions and Lying Leg Curls and tried to salvage some kind of decent workout out of it. Then on top of that, I went to open my locker and my lock wouldn't open. The combination I've used for almost two years woudl not work. I ended up screwing with it for 20 minutes and then had to have the front desk cut my lock. Yep... It hasn't been a great day. And it's snowing. Fun.

Superdrol is out for my bulk agent. After being shipped the wrong thing, I now have been informed they are out of S-drol. I am now looking into other options... S-drol was pretty harsh anyways. I am better off going the SARM route, I suppose.
 
My agmatine experiment is going extremely well. I'm probably going to keep a bulk container on hand from now on. I'm loving the pumps.

I found S-drol from another vendor and am probably going to run it. I will likely stick to SARMs after this so I figure I'll give one of the big boys a shot first. Plus, I bought all of the supports for it over Black Friday already. In terms of SARMs in the future, Osta, LGD, and S-23 are appealing. Didn't you run some of them?
 
I've got an Osta / LGD run starting soon. As soon as work and some personal stuff gets back to where I can hit the gym regularly.
 
Nice. Let me know what you think of them. I've heard that they really kick in during Week 2. That particular SARM stack helps with joint pain and nagging injuries, doesn't it? SARMs definitely are interesting. It's a shame they are suppressive (at least for many at recommended doses) despite initial claims, but I suppose nothing is perfect.

And I've pushed my bulk back until late January. We might be in Atlanta for a whole week without our stuff. It's going to be a nightmare. I will live 5 minutes from a gym so I think I will be able to keep my gym schedule up, but my diet is going to take a huge beating... and when the stuff comes in, I might have to take a day or two off as we get the stuff we need out of boxes so we can live. The plan is to keep as much as we can in boxes so it is easier when we buy a house and move in. We have been saving for a house for years and have been waiting for the right opportunity.
