These are pretty amazing numbers after 6 weeks.... IMO. These are numbers that you see when researching AAS logs.

I have 3 weeks left(didn't have enough trest for 12 weeks, plus I don't know I want to be on this that long again) and then I come off trest and LGD and go onto clomid, laxogenin, and OTC PCT. that will go on for 8 weeks. Clomid only first 4.

I'm thinking about adding Laxogenin to my PCT? What made you decide to roll with it? Have you taken it before?
 
Yes. And it works! Extremely well. It's perfect for PCT and then another 4 weeks after that.
I fully expect to be beating PRs set on, during that time...

Thanks. Still at 4k... I am struggling to eat "quality" calories at 4000, I don't think I can get another meal in. I'm eating 7 a day now....

Lol, I know the feeling (and I’m only at 3,500 at the moment). When I was proper fat I never thought not eating enough would be a problem ��

Easy to get **** calories in.... I'm surprised how much of difference it is getting cleaner cals.. I was an If It Fits Your Macros guy.... But stopping that and properly dieting has been amazing for my results.

Yeah exactly, I worked so hard to take all the crap out of my diet there’s no way I’d start it again just to up calories. Broccoli is one filling muther ducker lol

Yeah. Exactly how I see it... I'm not willing to gain fat just to get over 210 lbs....If it happens at 4000 clean type calories great. If not oh well...

I was informed the source my last bottle was not correct... So I got one for free.... If you guys recall I was questioning consistency.... Well it turns out that the thin was not right and the thick brownish is right. I still used a majority of that bottle however. Had great sleep...
 
Came down with pretty rough cold virus couple days ago. No energy...
Supposed to squat wed but didn't. Nor did I Thursday, likely not today...

Should I just bag squats this week and look to catch up by pressing and deadlifting this weekend?

What are your thoughts guys ?

I think either works bro, personally if I have to miss a day I pick up on the session I missed (as based on my programming that’ll hit the muscles that have been longest without getting nailed. In the whole scheme of things I don’t think either avenue would adversely affect you though - if your still a bit under the weather and a deadlift/pressing would be easier to ‘get up for’ then go that route....
 
Yeah.... All I do on squat day is squat... So I'm just gonna bag it. Hopefully I'm good to go tomorrow for pressing and deads on Sunday, then I'm basically back on schedule. One lesson learned here, even enhanced I still need to honor deloads when I'm moving loads like this.... Even without this Illness my CNS is completely shot, and I feel like I haven't had a real good pump in a few weeks... This almost like a semi layoff.... But it's a lesson learned.

-Lethargy is a bit elevated last few days. Likely cold virus, but wondering if the MK677 lethargy is culprit.
-Felt a decent pump, but I have lost a few pounds in past couple days so likely glycogen needing replenishment

Just out of interest what’s making you think the mk677 could be causing lethargy? Interested as I hadn’t seen that as a possible side but I’m running in at 12.5 pd on my cycle - just wondering if I need to keep an eye out for that.....
 
The MK677 can cause lethargy... It's raising your GH levels which makes you tired... What happens is that you have about 7 to 14 GH pulses a day. MK677 magnifies those pulses.
But it could easily be the cold Virus...

Going to be wrapping up the trest in probably several days. The LGD was replaced by laxo couple days ago. Scale battery died, getting one today. But my body fat is down to 11.7 % again after this bout with cold virus, we'll see where the body weight is....

The squat PR is extremely interesting. I hadn't squatted for almost 2 weeks. Typically you lose the "neural" strength when lay off like that... But I set a PR in the 1s week. Very interesting. Could be the laxogenin...

Even out of cycle we face cold virus eventually, so it is nice to see how the compounds are treating you.
