You meant to say kingsguard and not kingsblood, right? Personally, I’d not waste time and money running an ai during pct. Have arimidex or exemestane on hand.

lower the clomid to 25 mg/day.

I personally like the 50/50/25/25 for clomid. Also up your tudca as both are methylated. I would run at least a gram daily. I like my organs and is worth the extra money.

I'd start the Epistane at 30. Maybe take 20 the first 2 or 3 days to make sure you're tolerating it well, but I feel like that whole week at 20 is a waste.

Same; 25mg is just more common for hrt from what I know

well, no.

25 mg is the dosage with all the clinical data.... 50 mg+ is where you see people have side effects (which is common on this message board, as well).

there is just no reason to go above 25 mg.....
