Don't even have time to THINK about food.....got up, did 30 min cardio, headed to the job. There's a dip/pullup combo and a row of dumbells in the hotel (and tons of treadmills...bleccch), so I hope to get some work in later.

Did 40 minutes cardio. Tons of push ups, db delt presses, tri extensions. Heading to the airport again....not home, actually overseas. I think this job needs to be given to someone just a tad younger..... Diet is still solid. Traveling with a container of whey and coconut oil capsules....try explaining my vanilla white powder in the airport..������

Day 53
Just got home. Ate a little more solid food than usual, but cals and macros stayed solid - more or less .... Managed to get in daily cardio and a ton of pushups and band work, but no gym....work schedule just didn't allow for it. Hope to be back in the gym on monday or tuesday. Hopefully should get in 3 solid workout days.

Yeah buddeeee! Great to be back in the gym!
Joints healed up thankfully, and felt rested, so I eased back into some upper back work......yeah, eased......I don't ease into nuttin! But, comparatively...;)

Did 5-7 sets x10-15 of the following:

Cable Pull downs
Big boy pull ups 5x5
Hammer hi row
Rope pulls
Straight bar press downs
BB bent rows

Felt great...maybe pushed the weights a little, but nothing stupid....

Btw, the feel goods are quite evident - so we got solid appetite suppression and solid feelz.....sounds good to me!

Solid delts and pecs work. Went hi rep for decent weights. 6-8 sets x15-25 reps per set. I got pumped and wore out...

Did:

Hammer Decline
Hammer delt press
BB delt press - seated, backsies
Freemotion cable delts
PecDec
Push ups
Very carefull dips

And dat was dat.

Got me some grilled cow planned for tonight.....dunno, not very hungry but I'm trying to get more solid food in......

Day 56

Zoned out this morning....did about 55 min of cardio...freaky!

Did an arm day at the gym today. Solid work...higher reps, but good weight. Stuck to my basic movements...nothing fancy...:)

Did:

Hammer preacherz - about 15x15

DB hammer curlz n DB reverse curlz: 5x10 each

Ez curl bar forearm curlz 5x15

Tri oh ext 6x15

V bar tri pd 6x15

Ez bar cable tri curlz. 5x15

Still feeling it!

Gonna have me an omlette...it's about all I can handle....

Don't have a set thing....I can do whatever feels good. Maybe I'll hit back again if I make it to the gym again this week....

I have been lifting like this for a while and find it less stressful. If I have a plan or program and life gets in the way I feel like its the end of the world if I do not stick to the program lol.

Exactly! And one of my jobs has me traveling pretty often, so I would totally freak if I had to stick to a specific program....
 
Day 57

Dunn did about 45min cardio this morning.

So my goal was to get 3 solid workout days in this week....happily I was able to get a 4th day in today.
Did back and traps. Just 4 exercises, but solid work.

Did:

Hammer rows 5x10

Hammer shrugs 4x10 super slow n squeaze

Hammer iso lo rows 4x10

Back extension machine 5x50

Dunno when I'll make it to a gym again....gonna be a little sporadic....maybe.....but cardio/push ups/pull ups/band work/etc is always on....

It's cheesy omelette time.....

Oh, and I forgot.... I got some light, nearly unmentionable, squats in today....very happy about that...we'll see how the muscles, etc react....

Super light, super carefull. My pt says the movement done carefully should actually help in rehab

I do leg press for rehab. The toes over the edge of the board, keeping the angle to 90 degree max. It does work -but slowly.

Good thinking - much more under control. I'll probably try that next time.....no matter how foolish I'll look with an empty machine...:)

You can put a reasonable amount of weight on. With my two fugged knees, I'm able to do sets of 25's with 350-500lbs in plates. The "toe over edge" takes the strain off your knees.

Gonna have me a mixed grill platter that caught my eye....real man food:)

I'm getting used to feeiling all chilled out on this....and it's like one of the first times in my life I have to actually worry about eating too little!

Forced myself- lmbfao- to eat some chicken last night.....

Gonna try for 2-3 gym days this week.
Made it to the gym today for a solid delt n pec session. Upped the weights just to make sure I'm not losing too much strength post pct...so far so good. Easily repped out 3pps on the Hammer decline and Hammer delt press. Then I lowered the weights and just worked hi rep.

Just did:

Hammer delt press

BB delt press- backsies and frontsies

Hammer decline

I suspect I might have actually gained some muscle in the last few months...haven't checked my bf% in a while cause it was driving me nuts!

Liver and eggs for dinner....yeah, I like liver and eggs! :)

Day 62
Did about 50min cardio while someone decided they wanted to blast smooth jazz....the combo was enough to drive me nuts!

So my goal lately on this post pct run is to try to get about 3 solid gym workouts in. Got in another solid session today, so it's looking good so far....

Did back n traps:

Cable pull downs

Hammer shrugs

Machine rows

Pull ups

Some carefull light dedz

Back extensions

Straight arm cable pd

I wanted to do some bent rows, but EVERYTHING was taken!

Did about 5 sets of each, varying reps. Very solid workout.

You know, everything has its time and place- even slooow jazz - but NOT when you're trying not to lose your mind doing cardio! Lmfao!

Cool Jazz is good in a bar when you are tired and hammered. or right before bed.
