Day 48
Did 40 minutes cardio. Tons of push ups, db delt presses, tri extensions. Heading to the airport again....not home, actually overseas. I think this job needs to be given to someone just a tad younger..... Diet is still solid. Traveling with a container of whey and coconut oil capsules....try explaining my vanilla white powder in the airport..������

Don't have a set thing....I can do whatever feels good. Maybe I'll hit back again if I make it to the gym again this week....
I have been lifting like this for a while and find it less stressful. If I have a plan or program and life gets in the way I feel like its the end of the world if I do not stick to the program lol.

Super light, super carefull. My pt says the movement done carefully should actually help in rehab
I do leg press for rehab. The toes over the edge of the board, keeping the angle to 90 degree max. It does work -but slowly.
Good thinking - much more under control. I'll probably try that next time.....no matter how foolish I'll look with an empty machine...![]()

Did some zoned out cardio...about 50min
I went all out in the home "workout " - bands, pushups, isometrcs, bench dips.....
Gonna have me a mixed grill platter that caught my eye....real man food![]()

Day 61
Did about 50 min cardio...
Forced myself- lmbfao- to eat some chicken last night.....
Gonna try for 2-3 gym days this week.
Made it to the gym today for a solid delt n pec session. Upped the weights just to make sure I'm not losing too much strength post pct...so far so good. Easily repped out 3pps on the Hammer decline and Hammer delt press. Then I lowered the weights and just worked hi rep.

I suspect I might have actually gained some muscle in the last few months...haven't checked my bf% in a while cause it was driving me nuts!
