The vanilla bean base has been improved. Grace took and added plant stabilizers from her previous flavors to increase the density and prevent freezer burn. With that said the flavor is stronger, and has a bolder kick in the aftertaste to the vanilla bean taste

The Sandwich cookies as I have wrote about are the highlight of the pint. Every flavor she includes them in you get around 4-5 whole oreo cookies worth. They are chunked up into huge portions and have a fantastic crunch to the outside with a sweet cream filling
The only downside in this pint was the MdoughW pieces. I got a total of 2 of them throughout the entire pint. While they are absolutely incredible (Brownie/Cookie Hybrid) it just is not enough to judge them.

Fruity flavors usually freeze very easy and become very icy and nasty that's why a lot of those flavors are a miss on the market. Swirls and mix in wise unless they are puréed.
She should be back in production soon she is probably getting a feel on what is most popular to her consumers to modify her lineup prior to production.
Never had a QC issue with cowboy, choc mint, fluffer, PB brittle and salted fudge or choc milk and cookies off her lineup before so I hope they all come back ... a lot likes movie night due to mix ins. The buttered popcorn base was lacking in flavor IMO
She needs to just do a base amount of regular flavors before making new ones because we clearly saw the more new flavors she put out the worse her QC got. She would be smart to just put out 8-10 regular flavors she has made before , and then consider new flavors in the future . Not now

The cake batter ice cream is phenomenal. I thought coldstone had one of the best in the game, but after trying this we have a new queen in town. The cake batter is identical to taking a glorified vanilla, but with a luscious and sweet vanilla cake aftertaste.

First off the buttercream swirl could be my new favorite from the Little G line. The swirl is identical to eating the frosting of a cupcake or fresh cake. The pure buttercream taste is made for those who love stuffed sandwich cookies (my favorite mix in), and lots of frosting on their desserts.

Forgot to mention that I tried out the bday cake version of the Kroger brand halo top (slow cow). Texture was almost identical to halo, on the creamier side. Taste isn't super sweet but definitely good. There's also a bunch of little sprinkles/crunchies which are good/fun. Worth a few bucks and the low cals for sure.

Tried out some of the new halo tops last night:
Chocolate covered banana - tastes like banana runts with a hint of chocolate. If you had the b&j one love the base in halo is similar flavor just way stronger. Really good if you like the "fake" banana flavor.
Rainbow sherbet: exactly like it should (I thought this was a dumb flavor since regular sherbet is already pretty low cal ha. Gf wanted it tho)
Cinnamon roll: a very simple cinnamon/vanilla base. Not bad but nothing spectacular. The chunks do make it better but overall underwhelming.
None of them top my current favs

So it's actually Pancakes and Waffles (my bad). I only had a few bites, but it is spot on. I let it temper and the consistency is nice and creamy (for a low fat/high protein ice cream). Although I think most HT flavors have a good consistency. Anyway, this is very buttery and tastes just like waffles. Not as much maple as I'd like, but I'm going to put some low cal maple syrup on it tomorrow. It's good, but not one of my favorites.

I have had some incredible chocolate bases over the years (Jeni's and Salt & Straw come to mind as my top 2) and this is good but does not take the throne. Jeni's before the listeria craze was hands down the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) with how dense, premium, and bold their chocolate flavor was. What I like about Little G's is that is has a 60/40 mix of dark and milk chocolate combined together.

The Peanut Butter Caramel Swirl in Little G's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup is now glorious. I thought my cowboy cookie and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel swirls were massive, this may take the cake. The peanut butter aspect is basically eating a jar of fresh peanut butter. The kicker here is the aftertaste of caramel.
Combine the sweetness and luscious thick filling of caramel on top of peanut butter and it is genius. The peanut butter cups were chunked up from top to bottom and in every single bite.
Simple yet on point..this revamped version was Solid

If you actually read my reviews I downgraded both of those flavors due to how large and hard they were. Luckily in this pint I did not get any of them (which played in my favor). Instead I was presented with one inch size chunks of oatmeal cookie dough which was glorious. The texture of the cookie dough is very soft which almost reminded me of the S&S Chunks provided in their flavors

The Peanut butter base flavoring is not as strong as eating peanut butter out of a jar, but congeals the creaminess and flavor of peanut butter very well. The only small factor that may be missing is a salty aftertaste found in true peanut butter. Grace may have been going with a bold peanut butter when formulating this base, and with that said she did a good job

The marshmallow swirl has a very sweet aftertaste and a bold flavor that really strikes you after digging into the peanut butter base. The swirl was heavy on the first portion of my pint, but soon after faded away pretty fast. I would of liked to of seen it stay strong throughout the entire experience, but that did not happen. The mini peanut butter cups she did reformulate and do from previous batches of flavors and it was for the better. These are melt in your mouth soft and have a very nice milk chocolate outer coating and sweet peanut butter filling.

Graeter's has revamped this limited edition flavor to a blueberry ice cream. Just like the other fruit flavors on the line the density of the base ice cream really shine .A huge problem with fruity flavors on the market is they can taste overbearing and fake. Graeter's found a pure blueberry flavor that leaves a savoring luscious aftertaste.

Graeter's wanted to amplify the base by adding in real blueberries, and a complimenting pie crust pieces as the mix-ins. uckily Greater's did a great job with the french pot process and found a way to keep the blueberries tasting garden-fresh. The pie crust pieces were flaky and packed a sugary aftertaste. The pieces were more like chunks which were consistency from top to bottom in almost every single bite.

The honey ice cream is indeed pure and very true to its name. Think about going to a bee farm and buying fresh honey from a market. The richness of the flavor was on point. The density of little G's ice cream was good, but there is a problem when you use a lot of honey in ice cream it melts fast, and by fast I mean in minutes

For the mix-ins my swirl was the entire bottom half of the pint. Others had this happen to theirs as well which was not evenly distributed or consistent from top to bottom. My pint did not have a lot of candied pecans or roasted pistachios, but her candied pecans are her best nut mix-in. They provide a nice cinnamon sugar aftertaste and are abundant in size. The baklava chunks were easily the star of the show as they packed incredible flavor. The outside of the baklava had a thin layer and the inside enhanced the nut mix-ins and honey ice cream base.
