Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Hey man, question about the bpc use; did you shoot IM in the delt or actually try to angle it subq in the delt?
Always IM. Keep volume high (more bac-water).

BTW, I'm completely healed. 100%.
Also, look into beef-collagen. It's a protein powder. I mix it with the whey. I bet it helps long therm to strengthens tendons.

Right on. How much collagen should I use? I just went through a 40 serving bag at 10g a day (Bulletproof brand).
What else other than bpc-157, TB-500, and Peg-MGF did you use?

TB-500 I ditched -but enhanced athlete has a video on youtube stating: you need much more of it than advertised. That could work.
-one day BPC, next day PEG-MGF, always changing
-I used a infrared heat lamp after injection for about 3-5 minutes

I mix 30% collagen with 70% whey, 2 shakes per day at 50gr each.

Why did you use the infrared light specifically after injection? I use it at any time it feels inflamed, but not sure why then would be more needed?

Also, I'm only 3 days in and already shoulder pain is reduced! I was able to brush my teeth without wincing lol.

Also, do you use mk-677 or anything like that?

Last question, I think lol, how much extra bac water are we talking per shot? I have my 5mg bpc reconned with 2.5ml bw...

Infra red heat hightens blood flow = good after shot. I just filled my 1ml syringe up. First the mgf or bpc ,then filling up until 1ml mark with water. Mk677 needs lot of time to work, would be beneficial but gave me hunger cravings and bloat.

Short update using my tablet, sorry for errors.
We are moving florida up north to lake city to evaluate the path irma will take. Yesterday when buying gas, the pump quits, no more gas at ANY gas station, found a small station with overpriced "fuel for recreational vehicles", filled up with that.
Plan was to go to texas... texas flooded...next plan : lets stay in florida....irma comes to florida. Interesting vacation so far, lol.
World watch out, when HG comes all hell breaks loose.

Jose is right behind Irma, so yea, FL sucks right now.

Problem is, I cant drive around for shopping or sightseeing, wasting gas. No gas anywhere. I'm stuck at the beach and the motel until tomorrow.
Watching the news encourages to become alcoholic.

I knew that bad things would be following you. Not surprised.

Not to mention those of us that live here.... it is a crappy situation all around. Me and my family are right in the path.

Hurricanes are part of living there, Just like tornados hear. HG is use to floods.
Seriously stay safe! you evacuating?

Yep, cant be worse than bananalands rains. Sparkss , its not clear where it will go, even if it goes along the east coast, it will have less force arriving at Jacksonville. Miami is fugged, IMHO.

I'm getting fat here in US. Too much tasty sweets and beers, did about 150 push ups at the beach to make up for my carb binge. Now is BBQ -and beer time.....again...lol

You're in the United States.....fat is what we do best! 7,000,000,000 Wal-Mart shoppers prove that statement every day.

Imho, government officials are doing a good job down here. People are evacuated in orderly facion. Shelters are in place, roads are kept free and gas is distributed. In bananaland, everyone is on their own, lol.

So you reused the same needle to draw from both vials then injected with the same needle too? Wasn't it dulled by that point?

Edit: Considering adding in ostarine as well to aid in recovery.

I backloaded my syringe, never perforated rubber with it.

Sheltering in place. It's all good, we are inland a bit and not in an eva zone. Two blocks over from us is in zone A though, due to proximity to the river..

EDIT: I forgot to add that we expect to be under a tornado watch Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. We get tornadoes here and the wind direction that the new projected path for Irma will bring is known to spawn tornadoes in this area.

Yea, it is heading more Westward now, which puts Tampa and the rest in jeopardy, but takes the heat off of us a little. Still going to get Category 1 winds the last I heard, but those I am a lot less worried about. Still pretty stressed about the "after". Water, electric, drive-through take-out, you know, the essentials!

Yes, they had to get EPA waivers to bring in more gas. Apparently there are limits to how much gas a state can have on premises in a specific span of time. But they actually brought in tankers to the port of Tampa and loaded gas trucks that got state trooper police escorts to the gas stations down south. Those are the only reason some of the roads stayed two-way. Many were converted to 1-way freeways, especially up around Georgia now.

As Studhorse mentioned, hurricanes are part of living in Florida, so we have a good idea what it takes to prepare for them. Although not sure S-FL could ever really 100% prepare for what Irma is bringing. I have relatives in WPB area and family friends down near Ft Lauderdale. So we are watching the storm progress closely. At this time all of them are sheltering in place as well.

I am glad to hear that you made it out of that madnesss safe and sound HGP!

We arrived in Lake City. I booked until Sunday. When it becomes clear which path Irma takes, we either move West to Pensacola -or up Northeast to escape. What a vacation...at least we are seeing alot of Florida. Some inland villages are poor and look a bit from a horror movie, lol.

Yes, for serious, Sparkss and hairygrandpa - stay safe.

Stay safe people!

What a crazy time with these damn hurricanes! Totally screwed up my house, my diet and now my meet up plans with HGP! PHUCK HARVEY AND HIS HO IRMA!!!!

I would assume he's neck deep in bourbon by now. Can you imagine?? Family vacation, in an RV, stuck somewhere in Florida with hurricanes going on? I know that would be enough to push me over the edge.

All eyes in Florida are on Jose. The current projected path puts us out of harms way, but we all know how that can change. We should know more by Sunday, but not in the clear until mid-next week.

Update for me is that we got power, cell and inet back, but were without all for 15 ~ 20 hours (some things took longer than others to restore). Some friends that are only a couple of miles from us, in an adjacent neighborhood, have an ETA for power of 72+ hours. Friends down South are a litle bettter with an ETA of 48 hours, but then again they were out for longer as they got hit first. We just got back from the grocery store and re-stocking the fridge. Hopefully Jose won't screw us over.

Be safe, my family is in Lakeland, and they fared pretty well. My mom lost a couple sections of fence but other than that they are okay!!!!

Glad to hear that the damage was minimal and isolated to property damage!
