AP chasing dem gainz with halo and 4 andro

How are your energy levels etc? Probably a bit early for any lethargy to kick in, but curious as to how you're doing on the 4-andro.

I ran 600mg of 1, 600mg of 4 andro and 2200mg of epiandro and it didn't make me feel lethargic. It's not strong enough

Still good no lethargy at all. The halo will probably get me a little bit towards the end like it always does.
 
Day 15

Hit about 3200 calories for the day so did decent

Workout was chest and shoulders
Flat bench 135x12 185x8 205x8 and 225x5
Cable fly 60x12x4
Incline DB bench 55x12 65x12 75x8
Ohp 95x12 105x10 115x10 and 135x7
Upright rows 80x10x4
Front raises 12x15x4 (20 second rest)

Weight was 156.8 so after not eating pretty much all weekend all I did was maintain which I can't complain about
 
Day 16

2900 calories today a bit light because I had a dentist appointment killing one of my meals.

Back and abs today
Hammer Strength row 90x10x2 115x10x2 135x10x2
Lat pulls 150x12 170x12 190x10
Straight arm lat pulls 140x10 150x10x2 160x10
Weighted hypers 25lbs 4 sets of 12
Core today was about 20 minutes of various hiit type abs
 
Day 17 and day 18

About 2300 calories on Wednesday just because I needed a break from cramming. Today was at 3200 back to business.

Wednesday was a rest day so no gym today was arms.

Strict bb curls 65x12 85x10x2 95x8 and 95x12 (cheat set)
Close grip bench 135x12 155x12x2 185x10
DB concentration curls 40x12 45x12 50x12
Ez bar skull crushers 50x12x4
Super set:
Machine preacher curl 100x12x4
Flat Bar Triceps Push Down 150x12x4
 
Day 19 and 20

Eating around 2500 calories this weeknd just enjoying the time off away from work life and the gym.

Legs at the gym of Friday though
Leg press 315x15 405x12x2 495x12 and 585x8
Seated calf raises 135x15x4
Leg curls 100x12 110x12x2 120x12
Leg extensions 150x12x3

Lighter day except the leg press managed to squeak out 2 extra reps on 585 which felt pretty awesome.

Looks amazing mate bet it's hot there too. After our 2 days of sun it's back to usual now pissing it down with rain. I need to move to a warm country.
 
Day 20 and 21

About 2500 cals on each day.

No gym today was supposed to be chest and shoulders but gym is closed for labor day. Tomorrow is my first dose of halodrol and I couldn't be more stoked

3400 calories and still going.

Front raises 15x12x2

Set a new pr with reps on 225. Went for a 265 max try and didn't go so well but I was pretty smoked. Also weigh in was a disappointing 155.6 so down a bit.

Also got some free goodies in the mail with a free tub of APS mesomorph that I'm gonna use on back day tomorrow

Just so I'm clear here - you're 22, with **** cholesterol levels, the blood pressure of an old man at the Playboy mansion, concerned about life insurance (not surprised with that BP), and you're running around the forum telling everyone they're ignorant and should just take testosterone like you do?

You're not exactly a great advertisement for the stuff.

But regardless, is there a really a need to stick your nose in every thread?

Day 23 and 24

About 3200 calories a piece

Yesterday was back day but got in 2 workouts hit some abs and traps after work. Deadlifted 135x12 225x12 and 315x8. Hit 405 just once to see how it felt. Attempted 455 got it off the ground about 8 inches but couldn't finish it off.

Today was arms went pretty hard and had a good work out. Just feeling pretty tired overall.

Haven't been sleeping too good 10 month old daughter is teething and sick so been losing lots if sleep over that as well as fighting a cough. I can say strength is up for me for sure and noticing a measurable difference in arms chest and legs even though weight remains the same

Diet about the same 3200 or so cals.

Thursday was arm day. I didn't get my usual rest day in between the beginning and end of the week workouts so I was pretty sore still hitting arms

Legs today on Friday. Slept a full night which was awesome for once. Hit leg press with a friend and added two more reps to my 585 for 10 and 675 for 4 which I never attempted that weight before.

Really can't wait for this halodrol to get going. Usually takes about 2 weeks to really start getting the effects. But I measured chest arms and quads again and got the same measurements again so solid measurable differences even though scale doesn't quite reflect it

Day 28 and 29

Both days at about 3500 cals a lot heavier on carbs and protein.

Monday was chest and shoulders swapped them around though and did shoulders first. Set a new best on OHP at 155 for 5. Didn't flat bench went with the hammer strength chest press and hit 6 plates for 4 reps which is a lot more that previous.

Gym today was back day. My week off from dead lift so I went extra heavy on the tbar row. Got up to 5 plates for 8 reps and that's way beyond anything I've hit before best was 4 plates and a 25 for 8.

Strength is really showing up big. And looking and feeling a lot fuller. Enjoying the run as things are finnaly starting to kick
 
Day 30 and 31.

Day 30 was a rest day about 3k. And today I'm at just over 4k for the first time in a long time.

Arms today at the gym. Felt super strong again. I really gave this session all I had and was smoked after. Still feeling it too. Weight staying about the same but if I keep eating like this I'll be gaining soon. Have a cut on the top of my mouth probably from a chip or something lol so eating was a bit difficult the past few days but it's staring to heal

Yeah things have been going good. Increased the halo to 100mg this week so I'm looking forward to that. Also noticed the halo hunger kicking in which is great. Hit some new pr on dead lift and bench too. Got some updated pics as well Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
 
All things are good on the sides. A bit of aggression change and of course shut down. My libido is a bit lower than normal that's because the 4andro isn't quite enough to keep up. Other than that things are great, set a few new pr too
