Really enjoying this run of the Chemical 4 I have put on a few pounds and I would say half of it is muscle, strength is good and up a bit muscles feel full, over all I just plain feel good. Happy to be running this !!!

I normally only do a few sets of Pec Deck but the pumps felt so good I did (5) set, and as pumps go the Lying Tricep Extensions super set with Close Grip Bench Presses, the pumps were almost painful (I Love It)

I Push mowed for 4 hours today, so I got my Cardio in too!!

This is the best my shoulder has felt in weeks, so I skipped the Trap & Neck work and hit shoulders with an extra 4 sets.

I have not given a lot of Feed back on the Chaos and Pain Chemical 4 it is just a slow steading acting supplement, I have notices increased Strength, Endurance, and Muscle Gains. The only sides I have noticed in after about week 4, I believe my joints have dried out a bit with a minor increase in joint pain, I need to highlight the word Minor!! Body weight is up to 188lbs abs are a bit smoother, but vascularity is about the same. I am thinking at least half of the weight gain is muscle.

I also got about an hour and a half of Cardio Push Mowing the lawn at work.

The Tri-Set of shoulders was really hard and I almost cut it short, but I thought, I did not get where I am today by quitting, so I push thought the pain and exhaustion and finished the workout. I am sure glad I did !!

I changed this up today, I normally superset a chest movement with a tricep movement, today I did supersets for the same muscle. I got a better pump than I have had in a long time in my chest. I will do the same thing tomorrow with back and bi's!!
