After failing with many OTC AI's I am going to take a stab at killing my pubertal Gyno with Ralox

What does the typical dosing protocol look like for this? ive seen a lot of different data on here ranging from 60 mg dosage to 120 mg dosage

some people report no sides while other report sides, also effects on calcium absorption

any info would be very helpful.

A lot of people will tell you if it's pubertal gyno you can't get rid of it, however I beg to differ as I have gotten rid of it with Ralox and Letro myself. Tho may I add, it came back; something I sum up to be because I didn't taper my letro right or follow it with aromasin to counter rebound correctly

Start at 60mg ed and increase each week as sides permit up to 120mg.

Make sure to have an ai to bridge into.

I'd recommend letro starting at the second to last week of ralox, at 1/4 the dose. .625mg ed

60mg+ till you're happy then taper off. Pubertal gyno tends to come back.

Always follow a serm with an ai.

I was told start at 120 then taper down. It worked a bit. Should've added letro, followed by an AI. As I gained BF%, it came back. I don't think it's as bad as at once was though (pubertal as well)

Man 60mg for longer than a week would kill me joints, it really lowers your estrogen... I thought 30mg was the recommended for longer use

Really? I've never had problems with serms and my joints as it's a "selective" estrogen receptor modulator and Ralox in general as the highest affinity for breast tissue, tho I may be wrong

Here you go, gyno reversal protocol at the end of the original post

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/steroids/276620-post-cycle-therapy.html
Gyno Reversal Protocol
Ralox - 120mg ed
Exemestane - 12.5mg eod
*One should follow this protocol until lumps have subsided. At which point the Ralox dose should be reduced to 60mg ed and continued for another 4 weeks, and exemestane should be continued at 12.5mg eod for another 6 weeks. Continuing the exemestane for 2 weeks after discontinuing the Ralox helps prevent rebound.

Hey man sorry to bump up this old post about to pull the trigger and order some chems.. just so i understand though..

I would be running the Ralox and Exemestane simultaneously? amd continue to run for another 2 weeks after stopping the ralox?

i do not, but i have talked to my doctor before who has confirmed that it is in fact gynocomastia . I talked with him about my options and he informed me surgery could range anywhere from 5-10k

okay. the reason I asked was not to confirm if you have gyno, but to see if your E2 levels are actually high right now. if you take an AI and they're not high, it's not really gonna do anything for you. and the ensuing low E2 crash is gonna suck....

I'd just run the ralox (60 mg/day) unless you get bloodwork or have other high E2 symptoms.

well im assuming it would be safe to have it on hand just to combat any (potential) rebound gyno

Im wondering if u see my physician again and tell him that i want to explore other options (other then surgery) i will be tranparent with him about my intentions. If he would be willing to run bloods for me

if your E2 is fine then you won't have rebound.

if your E2 is high, then you need to treat it.

just don't take something without having an actual need, tho....

at the very least, I'd push for bloodwork.

ralox has very few sides, so if you chose to disclose that, it's up to you.

Anyone with lumps run the gyno reversal procedure successfully?

Im considering to give it a try before accepting surgery as last option...

Why not use PMD? Cheaper and faster than dealing with a doc and plus your privacy is kept.

Privatemdlabs.com. A basic panel is like 50 bucks. You go to the nearest labcorp to have the blood drawn and receive the results in 2-3 days. Entire process takes me 20 minutes or less. 5 minutes to purchase and schedule. Then 15 minutes to get the blood drawn the next day. Then sit back and weight for the results. Eazy Peezy.

This. Super easy. There's a coupon code floating around here somewhere. Then you can take your results to your doc or to an endo etc. No brainer

Anabolic Steroid Panel

Description:
Please Note: If this panel is ordered by a female, due to ordering restrictions on certain tests, the PSA test will not be included on the requisition and will not be performed.
Our anabolic steroid test panel can be used as an initial screen to determine if anti-aging treatment with bioidentical hormone replacement is needed and to monitor safety during ongoing treatment.

The panel includes the following tests:

- Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/ Differential
- Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR)
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA),
- Estradiol
- Testosterone (Free) , Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone
- Lipid Panel
- Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1)
- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, Serum

Significant deviations from the normal range may require further evaluation by your physician.

Note: If total testosterone levels are greater than the cutoff for this test (>1500), results for free testosterone and/or percent free testosterone may not be provided. If total testosterone results are expected to be >1500 it is best that the LC/MS-MS version of this test be ordered.

Includes:
- Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), serum
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/ Differential: Hematocrit; hemoglobin; mean corpuscular volume (MCV); mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH); mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC); red cell distribution width (RDW); percentage and absolute differential counts; platelet count; red cell count; white blood cell count
- Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR): A:G ratio; albumin, serum; alkaline phosphatase, serum; ALT (SGPT); AST (SGOT); bilirubin, total; BUN; BUN:creatinine ratio; calcium, serum; carbon dioxide, total; chloride, serum; creatinine, serum; globulin, total; glucose, serum; potassium, serum; protein, total, serum; sodium, serum
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
- Estradiol
- Testosterone (Free), Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone
- Lipid Panel: Cholesterol, total; high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol; low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (calculation); triglycerides; very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) cholesterol (calculation).
- Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1)
- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
If total testosterone levels are greater than the cutoff for this test (>1500), results for free testosterone and/or percent free testosterone may not be provided.

Patient Instructions: Patient should fast for 12 hours preceding collection of specimen. For accurate test results, no ejaculation during the 24 hours preceding the test. If using a testosterone cream please be sure you have not rubbed any into the antecubital area of your arm for the last 24 hours as it can give elevated results.

Estimated turnaround for results is 7 business days. If confirmation testing is required, the estimated time may be extended.

Just get the female hormone panel. It reads total test, estro, LH, FSH, metabolicprofile, etc. It's not exclusive to females. It's just the name of a hormone group. Should be like 50 or 55. All reference ranges provided are for males. You have to select whether the test is for a male or female. Most guys get this basic panel when running their cycles.

Getting bloodwork done, whether it be on-cycle or post-cycle, is always strongly recommended when running any type of AAS cycle. However, many people often neglect to do this based on cost, and the fact that a doctor visit is usually required.

Here is how to get bloodwork done very cheaply by scheduling your blood panel on-line, without going to the doctor, and without the need for medical insurance. The testing will be done by Labcorp, so as long as you can get to a Labcorp office, you can use this option. There is a trick to getting this done cheaply, so read on.

***Please note that this option will not work in NY, NJ, or RI due to state medical billing laws***

"Here is the trick. Go to privatemdlabs.com and select the hormone panel for females. This test comes with a CMP (liver, kidney values and more), CBC (blood counts), total Testosterone, total Estrogen, LH and FSH.

I have done this a few times before and all your reference ranges come back based on males once you enter in all the info that the lab co wants.

Also use the discount code ______ (search internet for current discount codes, can usually find a 15% off). Total should come to roughly 50 dollars.

They use labcorp so just select a location nearest you. You can also make an appointment to have blood drawn, which many people don't know. Just go to their website (labcorp) to do so after you paid for the bloodwork.

If you go on a weekday (except friday) you will have your results emailed to you the next day most likely as they are that fast as effff!!!!

The only thing missing is a lipid profile, which you could add on if you so choose.

So STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR NOT GETTING BLOODWORK DONE!!!!!!!!! You most likely won't be able to beat this price even if you do have insurance!!!!

So take advantage of the loophole I found as the male hormonal panel costs about 150 dollars!!!!!"

- Credit to user "heavydeadlifts" on PHF.

For $50 lousy bucks, you can get everything you'd want tested after a cycle (except lipids, which as mentioned can be added for $47.99 retail, before discounts): liver and kidney function, HPTA, estrogen, etc.

I have not used this service myself, unfortunately, as I live in NY. However, a well-known AM member has and will weigh in with his experience soon.

So no more excuses, no more guessing at problems during PCT, no more self-medicating without medical confirmation of an issue; if you are mature enough to cycle, then be mature enough to protect your health.

Doing this Friday. Bought the FHP and going to a labcor an hour away. 50$ is way better than the 168$ my local lab wants. Finally a cheap way to do it

Surely there's a loophole bro. Private MD can't be the only one offering this particular service. Is it a company policy from PMD or is it actually state law?

Ralox killed my gyno at 120mg and tapering down to 60mg a day. Only took a couple months. Doesn't have any bad sides. I think it should be mandatory to have on hand for anyone's first cycle or blast. Far cheaper than gyno surgery. So ralox is doing a job. So happy I found this website and got ralox with promocode 'GET10' 👍.
