On Cycle OTC must haves?

As soon as I get through the testing for my new job I'll be doing an 8 week cycle of Chaos and Pain's Chemical 1 and Chemical 4, I figured I'd pick up OL's K1ngsguard but is there anything else that I just must have or should check out for on cycle benefits? I've been pretty out of the loop on new supplements for the last few months.

I know these speak for themselves but I'm amazed at how many people who run PH cycles forget these...

Extra Water
On Point Diet+Extra Fresh Fruit And Veg
Quality Sleeping Pattern

Seeing as you're running a 4-AD product I'd also advise some sort of Anti-Estrogen support supplement though.

What AI do you have?

Of course on the dietary aspect, thank you. And that's one thing I hadn't decided yet, I figured I'd start looking back into those tonight. Is there anything new out there I should check out?

I would have Aromasin on hand, this is not OTC. Make sure you have a SERM also for your PCT, this is not OTC either.

OTC, you could add AlphaMax XT to your PCT, with the SERM. AlphaMax XT will help control cortisol and stress levels, increase testosterone, increase performance, and boost libido.

Definitely have Aromasin on hand as your AI. Aromasin is a suicidal AI which means the chance of Estrogen Rebound post PCT is reduced significantly.
For an OTC Anti-Estrogen you could use Olympus Lab's Ar1macare Pro. Not only does it have an Anti-Estrogen Matrix but it also has a lot of On Cycle Support ingredients in it too, such as Liver, Heart and Prolactin Support.

I would also pre load your support supps or a week or two. I know some people do not think it is necessary, but it doesn't hurt. I know Kingsguard, and other, supports are expensive, so just grab some of the essentials in bulk. They will last you a while and you can use them for multiple cycles. Celery seed extract, NAC, and milk thistle would be good options.

Only thing Id maybe add on top of k1ngsguard in this example would be 1.2gm of NAC. But thats cos NAC is cheap and awesome.

SNS Inhibit-P turns out to be an important one for me. Prostate seems to a bit susceptible to growth, and prolactin levels a bit keen to rise. This stuff helped me out, so I keep the cupboards well-stocked with that one now.

Agreed with the above. For serm you will want nolva or clomid to do a proper pct.

CEL Cycle Assist is another solid option.

And SNS Inhibit E would also be a great addition with 4 Andro.

thanks for the reminder on that one, that's a must have for me. Just dosed ED? What about through pct

I like the profile, should I dose ED or as needed
Good question. I had issues after my last cycle and took two a day (pretty sure not 3, but not 100%) until the problem disappeared, and then 2 ED for quite a while afterwards. On this cycle, I've taken 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening ED even though I don't have proof that it is needed.

Will run that through PCT for sure.

It's not something you can feel working, and it's good value for money, so I'd rather take it than not - just in case. I'd probably take it every day for the rest of my life if it wasn't worried that tolerances would build up. :)

Edit: I guess that if prolactin was causing nip issues then it'd be more obvious when you need to take it, and when it's optional. Wasn't the case for me.

Edit: Just realised I quoted the wrong post. Not that it matters.

Olympus arimacare pro or CEL cycle assist if you don't want AI during cycle. 1 DHEA and 4 DHEA dont need aromasin. Aromasin can lower estrogen to much. Especially if it's not even elevated past norm.

really depends on how sensitive you are to estrogen sides.

When I ran 4-Andro I used Inhibit e every day, but only used 2 caps instead of 3.

Great advise already itt and thanks for the Choas and Pain support. I loved my chemical 1 run and can't wait to do a chemical 1 and 4 run soon.

I would go with Inhibit E over arimistane every day. Arimistane doesn't significantly (or at all) lower estrogen.
