This is the first time in years I have done this exercise do to shoulder pain. It went well pain very slight, I think I will put it in the rotation and see how it goes. I get some of my best arm pumps from this movement!!

I run out of Chaos and Pain Gaia I have noticed since I have been using it that my Morning BM's have been Very Regular and smooth, over the next few weeks without it I should be able to tell if the Gaia is the reason. (I will report back) or am I the only one who cares ??
