Its nice when you try something you haven't been able to do and had almost forgot about, and you try it and you're like Damn that didn't feel bad!
Tried close grip push ups on the side of a bench the other day for the hell of it and the shoulder pain was very minimal.

I can really Feel and difference, but my workout seam easier and the weights feel lighter so something is kicking in.................and I Like It !!

I run out of Chaos and Pain Gaia I have noticed since I have been using it that my Morning BM's have been Very Regular and smooth, over the next few weeks without it I should be able to tell if the Gaia is the reason. (I will report back) or am I the only one who cares ??
