The thermo in Dragon's Mist is no joke. Strongest I have felt. I can not quantify it, but it was more than Radiate (which is the strongest I had felt before DM). That was only 1 scoop! The 1/2 scoop I sipped on intra was awesome though. Got my pumps up and focus like crazy. I felt really swole haha. Good workout, I was still kind of sore from Saturday's arm workout so I couldn't go heavier with bench movements. Weight dropped again to what it was a a couple of weeks ago 182.8 .. and I ate popcorn last night at the movies haha. Went to go watch the new Batman & Harley Animated movie
