4 Weeks Out: Cancun/Hawaii Vacation

Take a few pics while you over on vacation I might want to visit Hawaii one of these days, tho I want to hit brazil first

LOL. I am thinking either 5/3/1 or boonemans 5 day phat. Depending on how I get back i may continue cutting with under calories and boones or maybe go with 5/3/1 for strength after mid september.

The thermo in Dragon's Mist is no joke. Strongest I have felt. I can not quantify it, but it was more than Radiate (which is the strongest I had felt before DM). That was only 1 scoop! The 1/2 scoop I sipped on intra was awesome though. Got my pumps up and focus like crazy. I felt really swole haha. Good workout, I was still kind of sore from Saturday's arm workout so I couldn't go heavier with bench movements. Weight dropped again to what it was a a couple of weeks ago 182.8 .. and I ate popcorn last night at the movies haha. Went to go watch the new Batman & Harley Animated movie

Cool man. Ya I've been looking at the 531 as well. I've loved the booneman77 PhaT. I can't deny sometimes I just get bored and need to switch things up. I haven't done his PHAT in a caloric surplus so I'm tempted to stick with it for that. I really want to build some strength numbers and of course size with it

Have you asked him how to incorporate PR's into it? It looks promising for a lean bulk! So i want to try it out. The 6 day was awesome but since i still have a lot of radiate left, i want to enjoy some cardio sessions on a day off after strength days.

Not so specifically but about progression, I can't find the message. booneman77 will give the best answer, I won't do his program justice

the 6 day has progression built in, the 5 day just needs some slight tweaking to the rep schemes but would be very easy to do as well.
 
Gentlemen. Phase 1 of vacation has been awesome. I've actually been keeping my body tiight! Full blown gym here at the resort and i've been doing good on food. Endulging in alcohol amd keeping carbs down with fish way high haha. I'll probably post pics when i get back

I've been following boones 5 day phat here and there ;) and going to the gym on vacation is part of my fun :)

Back from maui, hawaii! Man was it amazing. Throwing up some pics to close out the thread. I'll be starting a new thread for my workouts and continue the grind. Actually didn't get too fat over vacation ;)
