Got My SERM In the Mail, HELP!

Not sure if everyone's is like this, but I got my SERM in the mail and it says 20mg per ml and it has 60ml in the bottle. But how do I measure 1ml? It doesn't really say how to, I'm assuming that 1 spray or pulse is ml?

Go to walgreens or your local drug store and buy a oral syringe. That is the most accurate way to measure out 1ml.
