Yo, guys soooo, I was wondering whether GW needs to "build" in your system (like steroids for example) for it to actually work effectively. In other words, do I NEED to take it on days I don't train? Can I maybe just take it on race-days (60/100/200m Sprinter) / super intense or long training days? Can I "pulse" it? I'm just trying to save servings because I'm on a budget and GW is quite hard to come by here.
