GW-501516 Does It Need To "Build Up" In Your System

Yo, guys soooo, I was wondering whether GW needs to "build" in your system (like steroids for example) for it to actually work effectively. In other words, do I NEED to take it on days I don't train? Can I maybe just take it on race-days (60/100/200m Sprinter) / super intense or long training days? Can I "pulse" it? I'm just trying to save servings because I'm on a budget and GW is quite hard to come by here.

Any and all help will be appreciated.

Sorry if this is not posted in the right "section". My first time. I apologise.

Seen people say "no", personal experience also says "no". It seems to provide its benefit immediately, with no saturation required.

Get your shoes on, throw down some cardarine, and see if it helps.

Thanks for your answer, man. Just wanna' ask which question you actually answered, though? The "Does GW need to build in your system" or the others?

Haha. Soz - answered the post title.

To clarify: you should find that cardarine works from the first dosing. It doesn't need to build up in your body.

I found that to be true when I started, and also when I've had breaks in training.

Great news, thanks!!!

Would 10mg's suffice for a sprinter like myself? And maybe 20mg's on race-days only or on VERY intense training days? And 10mg's just for normal weight training/track work?

Until recently, I was going with 7 mg pre-workout and feeling the benefit.

Switched to 14 mg pre-workout and I don't think performance has improved much, but recovery has. So I'd maybe go 7-10 etc. if it's a single race, and higher if you have events with rests in between.

I'd say to experiment a little. I'm just guessing based on my own experiences. I'm not a cardarine expert or anything.

Didn't find it helpful at all with weight training btw. Except for things like CrossFit when you're doing crazy high-rep work.

So you're also a track athlete? Wich events?

The problem is that everyone is "cheating" in some way/shape/form. I'm just trying to keep up.

That's an excuse used by cheaters. Everyone is doing it. I guarantee.
Not everyone is cheating, so it's really cheating everyone who isn't.

Nah. I run a lot, but I'm not especially good at it. And I'm too old. Hahaha.

These days, I just say I'm a CrossFitter. I do some other stuff, but CrossFit takes up a lot of my time and adequately describes the variety in my training.

Though I'm far from the high-fiving, "Californian" idea people seem to have about CF. :) As are most of the people I've trained with.

Okay, thank you for all of your helpful answers. I appreciate it.

Strongs with your Crosfitting. Glad to see people in older years still being active.

I'm 38, not 68 ;) But cheers fella. :)

Still, it's incredibly difficult to keep up with you young folk in a foot race. I do it for lung gains but even though I'm fitter than I've ever been, the speed just isn't there anymore.

Btw I'd be very interested to hear how you get on with cardarine. You could log it - a sprinter's opinion might offer a different point of view and could be a good read.

Well, generally the older you get the more you lose neural output and also testosterone levels (which also has a huge impact on strength, neural output, competitive aggressiveness etc) and that is why your speed suffers. I think the only thing that gets better with age is neural efficiency (skill). So don't be too hard on yourself.

That sounds like an awesome idea! I might do that! I think the Carderine would REALLY help with my speed endurance and special endurance - which also are my limiting factors. We'll see.

Thanks again!!!
