No joke, this is how my second experience with RE1GN went:
2 scoops RE1GN Krusherz (delish btw) Hit the gym. Straight to deadlifts. Dancing and singing between warmup sets. Made it up to 90% of probably my current max, got 3 reps, split my hand open because of my damn calluses. Dropped to 315lbs and did 5 sets of 8 and immediately dropped to 225 at the end and did another 12 reps. Hit some leg extensions and leg curls and had to leave to go to a family/neighbor lobster dinner. Hell yeah.
1 scoop Area 51 (also tasty AF), Came back to the gym, did 5 sets of 12 reps pause squats with 225, moved to leg press. 2 plates per side for 40 reps, 4 plates for 30, 6 plates for 30, dropsets 5 plates for 20, 4 plates for 20, 3 plates for 30, 2 plates for 40.
Little bit of core work, and now trucking my way through 15 minutes high intensity on the stair master. Gonna need a mop to get all this sweat brah.
