Did a lot of auxiliary stuff like rotator cuff exercises, abs and calfs.
Tomorrow is "arms destruction day".

It was good. Moved iron up- and down repeatedly.

Nah. All focus was on eccentric phase, TUT and stretching out -almost over-stretching the curls to provoke new growth.
Did not feel like doing cardio today. :)

Upped Anavar to 100mg/day -and test from 200mg/w to 300mg/w. 1-andro stays at 440mg/day.
3 weeks of cycle left, want to make the most out of it.

In another threat about anavar, one member mentioned that anavar causes profound lethargy the first weeks. I blamed test for that, now upping test again to see if I'm right. Besides, my vacation date is approaching and I must get test up to "survive" 3 weeks without pinning.

Oh okay, I was thinking you were going to do like a big blast shot in the final week of being at home. Like a couple grams over the course of the week. For what it is worth I have never experienced any lethargy from Anavar. I feel excellent on it but we are all different.

I like it but would plan to take it lower. From the way it is shaped you would want the antennae to underline the separation under your upper taps and rhomboids. That would have the front feet/claws going around where your rhomboid intersects with your teres major and minor. That would have the whole thing completely following the contours of your back with the bottom stopping about 4 inches above your ass crack. That way don't have to sprot the plumbers crack look just to show all of it off. LMAO!

Don't ask me why mantis? I'm a person with zero spirituality, no national pride -and also don't dwell in the past.
I find mantis fascinating and enjoy observing em, that is all.

they are cool! I dont see them very often where I live. but when I see one I stare at it.

There is something to them I can't explain -even though its a bug, I would never hurt them. I have seen giant ones here, some are colorful too.

I'm pretty sure they see you! Besides mantis, I find spiders interesting too, not to the point I may pet them, but I protect them if possible.
At my farm its forbidden to kill tarantulas or wasps, only insects like some ant species and caterpillars are allowed to kill. We have some very poisonous caterpillars here and fire ants are everywhere.

Just mail yourself a shot. Unless you're going out of the country. I've done this 3 times. 2 to a hotel and once to a family members house while on vacation. Worked like a charm.

My wife says I talk to much at the gym. I don't really its between sets unless someone is asking for a spot or advice. that is part of the gym life. Cant walk around being a Dick, there are enough young dicks at my gym already.

Well... it's all relative, talking in between sets inherently means longer rest periods unless you are running a timer for your rest periods. Maybe she has a point. Remember time is relative. If you are enjoying the between set convo, then 3 minutes can feel like 1. You should time your resp periods for a bit to get an idea if she is right. Shorter rest periods could really help with fat loss. However if that is part of your enjoyment then just tell her to enjoy her experience while you enjoy yours. Well so long as it isn't her waiting on you to go so she can.

I do know that after training for Powerlifting that now my usual shorter rest periods are kicking my ass. What a fun adjustment.
 
I would not mind longer rest periods and talking between sets -but I close my shop at 8 pm, arrive in the gym at 8.45pm and gym closes at 10pm.
If I talk = no time to finish workout.
