I am not handy at all but can't afford to let someone else do it. That's my excuse anyways. We are redoing our bathrooms and it's a longer process than it should be. Putting in new floor today or tomorrow, then new toilet (wax is nasty) and vanity. Thank god for YouTube videos!

Had to be at work an hour early today, so I had to do a short but sweet workout!! Still got a great pump and I felt satisfied after the work-out.

I made up for that Last Night (Sat.) The wife and I went to a big picnic they cooked 120lbs of chicken, had Ribs, Lobster Mac & Cheese and an awesome band. We had a great time and I ate like a horse. I quess you would say I had a Cheat Meal, I did take (2) Predator before hand, but I'm not sure they work when you eat for 4 solid hours.

I like to stay around 1800 I look the best when I keep it under 2000
 
I'm starting to notice that imm doing good progress below ~2400. I just hate not being mentally satisfied with food haha

I Keep a jug of Fireballs at home and work, when the cravings get bad a Fireball or a Cup of Coffee help- sometimes both !

Feeling really good on this run, no sides (headache, stiff joints high BP) joint, just feel full and like I am getting stronger. Went out to eat with some friend tonight, had French Fries (I never eat these) Filet with crab meat (Yum) took my Predator and ate gilt free!!
