I'm jealous that you can squat. I could never super set seated calves with any kind of quad work, didn't like the feel of the pad on my quads.

I tweaked my left shoulder earlier this weak loading a truck so I could not do presses (Painful) but I realized I had not done ant Rear Delt work lately, and I have gotten weak on this movement.

I love Sunday mornings I can sleep in to 5 or 6am, so I thought I would make sure I got a Great Nights Sleep with a little help from another Great Chaos and Pain product Hypnos !!
 
What are your thoughts on the Gaia Rocket? I eat plenty of green vegetables, so I've often wondered how useful a product like that would be.
 
I'm the same way sleeping in is 5-6 am for me lol it's so sad
SFreed i like fruits and green supps because of how much variety you get in them. I eat plenty of veggies too but not a wide variety and I rarely eat fruit because of the high calories and sugar content in most. So I limit my fruit daily.

I eat a large salad Everyday for lunch and I try to eat at least one piece of fruit per day. But I will say I can tell a difference (in a good way) in my poop since I started this. So I believe it is doing my some good!! Plus it make the Vinegar & Lemon Juice taste good.

My favorite piece of beef, bar none, is a hanger steak. Growing up a poor farm kid we raised and butchered our own. If not for that, I probably wouldn't have even known about a little 1 1/2 pound bundle of joy buried deep in a cow.

It hangs in front of the diaphragm, in front of the flank. Unlike the flank or skirt, it doesn't really do a lot of work, so it's a fairly tender but really flavorful piece. Was one of those cuts that up until a few years back nobody outside of butcher's and farmers really knew about it. Then the yuppie steak houses found out and drove the price right through the roof.

We make fun of friend who is one of my partners (officer) because he always orders everything well done. And the last time we went to a Mexican spot on meal he ordered a Mexican burger well done, no lettuce tomato guacamole onions corn ...... and so on. So I just stared at him when all he got was a patty on a bun lol
