Is jogging or hopping on a small trampoline a decent form of cardio starting. Schedule is pretty busy and I'm pretty fat. Cardio on trampoline good?
Walk start with around the block and whatever your eating drop that by 500 calories a day. Thats where I had my wife start and she dropped 75 lbsIs jogging or hopping on a small trampoline a decent form of cardio starting. Schedule is pretty busy and I'm pretty fat. Cardio on trampoline good?
Trampoline could be bad on knees and ankles since you mentioned being overweight. I'd take advice above, start walking, then brisk walk, then work way to jogging.Ok. What about trampoline? No good?
My sister can attest to that her ankle has never been the same after one of the Springs broke in a trampoline and she went down onto the ground through the net. I honestly feel like those things are a little bit more dangerous than they are useful.Trampoline could be bad on knees and ankles since you mentioned being overweight. I still walk about work the dog. I got a weighted vest. That's not a starting option but man that thing kills. Most come with several slots so you can go from line 10 to x lb's.If you're pretty overweight, just walk around your neighborhood for 30-60 minutes whenever you get a chance. When I entered high school, I was 240 pounds. I started walking for 30-60 minutes after school, ate the same crap, but less of it, and lost 70 pounds in 10 months.
cardio doesn't illicit weightloss but can be a catalyst
