1st off huge shout out to chaos & pain for putting out awesome products and huge thanks to pyrobatt for this log opp i will be using these products for a lean bulk program i am 6'4 274.5 lbs my goal is to gain as much lean muscle as possible

My diet is pretty clean will shoot for 3000 cals a day i do heavy construction so i sweat alot

300gs protien
250 gs carbs
150 gs of fat

Being on a cut and eating them where like a gift from god lol
 
Your a better man than me, when on a cut. My wife has to remind me to enjoy life, and live a little.

I always have to remind her to indulge when we go out she is super strict on herself and has strong will power
 
I am usually that way too , super strict. That's how I lost 25lbs in 5 weeks. Now I'm maintaining for 2 weeks then cut time again

At your height and size I would up the calories big time when using these products. I'm 6'4 and low 250s consuming 4000 calories post show andnhave a hard time gaining weight off that. More calories you consume the better the results will be.
 
Well the more you consume with in reason. I would just up your carbs by 200 or so. Increase 100 each week for the next 2 weeks

Workout was excellent legs are my weak point i have knee problems But im not letting that hold me back anymore this year ive been on a quest to get my legs up to par size and strength wise and so far its been working to top it off my body feels overall better and stronger so far this cycle is treating me well my body seems to be in good working order and my libido is sky high always a good thing tomorrow will be a fun session more to come

You ever come up to Michigan. I spar with you. My background is in Grappling, and sparring is always fun. You'd whoop me, but it be fun.

Nice that would be a blast and i wouldn't be to sure once wer on the ground wer all the same size

What's wrong with your knees? inflammation or past injury or both?
 
Tore my right acl playing ball when i was 17 it acts up once in a while

That sucks!
Luckily my ankles were so bad I never really had any knee problems. if I got tackled on the side of the knee my ankle would give out before my knee. Bad ankles are a lot easier to get around on. usually no crutches involved. crutches suck!

Ever Try Flexatril? this stuff did wonders for my Shoulder.
I think SFreed used it for his knees and had pretty good luck with it. and he is an old **** er.
